Power in numbers (2): REPRESENTATIVE PROFESSIONAL Gymnastics

They say that couples who train together stay together and what better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with the strongest side next to it?

THE Sweet strength overall workout of fitness It is all about building strength, muscle endurance and connection to your favorite training partner. Whether it’s your important other or a fitness friend, this workout is designed to challenge you and activate you both while having fun in the process!

What is the overall training training for Sweetheart?
This dynamic workout training combines the strength, durability and stability of the core, performing exercises outside the overall gym. With synchronized movements, adaptable resistance and interactive exercises, you and your partner will question each other, while staying focused on your individual gym goals! It’s a great way to question your body and reinforce your bond.

Why does partners training enhance performance
Editing with a partner is not just motivation … It can really enhance your performance and help you push the plateaus. Here is:

  • Increased accountability: When someone is based on you, you are more likely to appear and give it all.
  • Enhanced effort and intensity: A partner of course pushes you to go harder, lift heavier and move with a more purpose.
  • Improved Form & Security: Your training partner can provide real -time feedback, detection and support for better execution.
  • Embedded motivation: Encouragement, tall five and a little friendly competition keep energy high and repetitions.
  • More fun and variety: Dynamic partners bring fresh enthusiasm to your routine, making training feel less like a chore and more as an experience.

If you enjoy workouts based on partners, be sure to see the strength in numbers (1): Galentine”S GLOW FLOW PARTNER WORKOUT! It is a Pilates -inspired strength workout, designed for you and your friend to workout with your overall gym.

Grab your favorite to try your strength and teamwork!

Circuit of Strength Favorite

This circuit retains both partners who deal with the power, endurance and movements that focus on the core, alternating outside the total gym. Stay motivated, causing each other and do each count each dealer!

Format of training:

  • Time: 20 minutes (about)
  • Structure: Partner circuit
    1. The training consists of 11 endurance exercises (5 in the total gym, 5 on the floor and a final final core running together)
    2. Set the timer for 20 minutes.
      • Warm-up: Run your own dynamic warm-up movements together (3-5 minutes)
      • Circuits: time of each exercise for 45 seconds, allowing 15 seconds to rest and move
      • Complete 2-3 complete rounds of the circuit so that each favorite performs both parts. (A & B Count as a complete round)
      • Cool-Down: Run your own set of awnings together (3-5 minutes)
  • Instructions:
    1. Garnish a will start in the overall gym while Partner b It will start with a complementary exercise of resistance to the floor.
    2. Once all the exercises in the circuit are completed, partner B will go to TG, while Affiliate A goes to the floor to execute the entire circuit again.
    3. After both partners made both parts, take a quick break, then repeat another round!

I set up: High level, squat stand connected

Preheat together: (2-3 minutes)

Run your own dynamic warm -up filled with movements that are heated and preparing your muscles to move!

Strength circuit:

Associate A: (in TG)

* Squat Stand | High level *

  1. Occupations
  • Connect the cables and the lower level*
  1. Flies on the chest
  2. Dual crisis
  3. Rows (seated or kneeling)
  4. Bicep Curls (seated or kneeling)

Associate B: (on the floor)

  1. Wall seat
  2. Push-ups (wall or floor)
  3. Seated twist (option to add resistance)
  4. Divers
  5. Submerged crab or submerged attitude

Sweetheart Challenge:

  • Share the GB for this!
  • Harder: Place the foot higher on GB, moderate: Place the foot lower)
  • Run 1 minute on each foot
  • Time is everything. Work, contact your moves and get the listening prices they draw!

Cool: (2-3 minutes)

Run your own land to cool together.
