Do you have a headache that doesn’t seem to touch anything? Today, I will share a medicine that seems to take away what I am suffering from. It’s a combination of some pills … We hope it helps you as well.

Now, I’m Rn – but I’m not here to give you tips to take these pills – but I’m here to say that these pills can be taken together. Often people do not know that they box to take together – so I hope this helps.

What kind of headache does this work?

I bring this recipe when I really feel the big weapons – it’s a headache that just, sleep, drinking, food doesn’t seem to touch. I often find that this works wonders about those who come to stay at night.

Note: Check with your provider to make sure all these medicines are ok for you. One of them should not really be taken by people with high blood pressure or lactating mothers – so I’m serious about it.

The headache treatment you need:

Okay, it’s some pills:

Tylenol with caffeine (Find it here; – Many parts call this “tension headache”. Personally, I don’t get what has aspirin in it because my stomach is quite sensitive (probably old ulcers from being a nurse). What i get has just Acetaminophen and caffeine

  • Tyllenol reduces inflammation
  • Caffeine shrinks blood vessels possibly by reducing blood flow to the brain to give you this feeling of “pall

Ibuprofen (Find it here) – only the normal species you have already is fine. I just get 200 mg, nothing is fancy like 600 mg that sometimes prescribe.

Surfer (Pseudoepidrine) – due to FDA regulations, you should buy it from a pharmacy, but it does not require a prescription. They will want to scan your identity as the situation restricts how much if you can buy.

This is a decongestant.

Now, do not mix it with Crappy Sudafed (phenylephrine) that you can reach the shelves.

Also, don’t think you could get some kind of tylenol/ibuprofen sudafed comb like “Tylenol Cold” – unless they are sold behind the bench (which I rarely see) have Craper Sudafed.

And yes – both have the Sudafed brand that is truly confusing, but recent studies show that phenylephrine (sometimes called Sudafed PE) is not effective against congestion.

Looking for more information about family health – be sure to see these posts:

How to get them?

I just get one of each – as I am in a candy shop:

I think you are washing it with a giant glass of water and something to eat to keep the ibiller bothering my stomach.

If you often disturb your stomach, you might want to eat something first. I don’t find it to be great – I tend to make a handful of cashews or something.

Why is it working?

I don’t know – honestly, I tried to take them on their own and they are not as effective as taking them together.

I think there is something in the combination of Tylenol/Ibuprofen – both attack inflammation in their own ways. They actually begin to market A combination of Tylenol/ibuprofen (but you can easily take the pills on their own).

Caffeine is not many, but it seems to help.

And the sudafed goals any congestion that can be the culprit.

You can really get much higher doses of all these things, but this combination seems to take the headache for me and for my whole family. Even in the lower doses.

How long does it take to work?

I think I’ve got the most often 60-90 minutes. Certainly not right away. I try to follow it with another giant glass of water about 30 minutes later – only if hydration is an issue.

When not to try it?

If you are pregnant, I wouldn’t recommend that – unless you run it from your doctor first.

If you’ve tried it before and didn’t work-maybe it’s time to redesign because it happens, which may mean trip to your provider

If you have other symptoms such as weakness on any side of your body, speech slurring etc. Any symptoms like this – you should see ASAP!

Any side effects?

I tend to take a microscopic Bit Jittery from Caffeine/Sudafed. I usually don’t sleep all these terribles that night, but I don’t drink caffeine everyday – this is the only time I really have it.

Other things that sometimes useful:

Sometimes I pull my hair slightly – this often releases any tension in my scalp.

Ice your neck/forehead can sometimes help.

I would love to know what else you have tried for a headache (or if you tried it). Tell us in the comments!

It really has helped when I have a miserable headache and I hope it will help you too!
