I hosted a podcast called Health Matters where I interviewed leading health experts.

Sabrina Memminger is the CEO and founder of Mpact Life Enterprises, author of “Remember who you are“Amazon Bestseller Co-Author of “Rock Bottom is A Beautiful Place: Living Your Calling”, Transformational Speaker, Leadership Trainer and Host of the Women of Mpact Podcast.

Will you share the 5 Keys philosophy for Mpact Life?

“The 5 keys for Mpact (MPACT) start with M for Move. To live your divine dream or to live in your passion and purpose, you must move from where you are to where God has called you. So the first key is moving.

“The second is power. You must be connected to the source of power and that is God. He is the author and finisher of your faith. He is also the One who has placed within you the seed of purpose and how to connect with that power continually and consistently in order to walk your divine dream.

“A is about Activation. God has placed in each of us gifts, talents, and resources that we may not be aware of, but God has called us to awaken the gift that is within us.

“C is about Creation. God created in the beginning, spoke and then saw. He also called us as men and women of God to create with Him the life He called us to live.

“And T is for Transformation. We cannot walk through the mission in our lives, we cannot accomplish this mission, without committing ourselves to be transformed by the renewal of God’s Word. We must commit to change because in our process, in our journey, we go from glory to glory and it requires us to become more and more like Him.

These are “the five keys to the Mpact Life philosophy. And when you put all five of these keys together, you will make an impact in life, the wonderful life that God created you to live.

What is one of your biggest life lessons and why?

“The greatest lesson of life is that there is a seed within you. It is a seed of a dream that God put in you.

“And the lesson is that if he puts it there, he’s also given what you need to make it happen in the world.

“You know, sometimes we think the dreams that are deep in our hearts are so big that we don’t even want to share them with our moms or dads because they’re so big and they feel so big. for us. But that’s what God created you to do so we can lean on Him.

“And if he’s put it there, put that desire, that passion there in you, you’ve got to be sure he’s got it. So don’t be afraid to walk in the divine dream because you can step out in faith and believe. That’s the lesson I learned.

How can pain propel you to your purpose?

“I believe that God uses every experience in our lives, every encounter in our lives, to build the muscles of our faith but also to prepare us for the people He has called us to serve.

“Because I dealt with it as a child – going through childhood domestic violence – so I have compassion for women who deal with it or children who deal with it.

“Because I’ve been through the health challenge, I can have compassion for the person who has received a diagnosis. I mean, I can talk to them and say whatever the doctor says, I know you can go through treatment because that’s what I went through. All these experiences in my life have prepared me to serve the people God has called me to.

“Our pain points are our strength points. So what are your pain points? If you put it in His hands, He will make it a strength in your life. And not just in your life, but in the lives of those He has called you to serve. So you are the healing balm for the pain you have encountered in your life.”

Since speaking with Sabrina, I have looked at my challenges and difficulties in a different light. I tried to reframe them and grow from them in my faith.

Although the podcast is no longer available, if you would like a copy of any of the full transcripts of the interview, please email me.

This was an excerpt from the Health Matters Podcast, believing that prayer and Bible study are to the spirit what exercise and healthy eating are to the body.

Blessings on your journey to health.
