Lean Greens is a super green powder that is very popular among gym bunnies and health conscious people. It helps you easily get through the 5 hours of the day and is packed with vitamins and minerals to help you feel healthier and boost your energy levels. In this Lean Greens review, you’ll hear what I really thought about it and whether I would recommend it.

How it all started

I stayed away from green powders for a long time because I thought my diet was already good. But then I tried spirulina powder, which was supposed to be super healthy – it was horrible! Still, I kept trying different green powders until I figured it out Skinny Greens, the UK’s leading super greens powder. It actually tasted pretty good, was easy to drink and didn’t make me gag. I was really happy to find it!

So, what exactly is in Lean Greens?

Lean Greens is packed with amazing stuff like Wheatgrass Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Spirulina Powder, Chlorella Powder, Alfalfa Powder, Spinach Powder, Broccoli Powder and more.

It has a total of 18 raw vegetables and green ingredients. Can you imagine eating so many types of plant foods in one day? It’s pretty much impossible!

They also added digestive enzymes to keep your gut happy, green tea extract for a big antioxidant boost and many other benefits, and a little stevia for a hint of sweetness.

Lean Greens powder also contains maltodextrin to make a better tasting drink, but I’ve heard that some people don’t tolerate this ingredient well, especially those with IBS, but it wasn’t a problem for me at all. I suspect it contains very little maltodextrin, so it’s likely to be fine for most people.

Overall, it has a very impressive list of ingredients. Each serving (3 teaspoons) has only 55 kcal and 2.5 g of sugar (that’s natural). And it even has some fiber—0.5g per serving.

The benefits

We all know we should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables—aim for at least 5 servings a day, though some suggest up to 10. Lean greens make it easier to reach your daily vegetable goal and come with several key benefits:

  • Rich in antioxidants: Lean Greens are packed with antioxidants, helping to reduce inflammation in the body.
  • Digestive support: Contains enzymes that improve digestion, reducing gas and bloating.
  • Energy boost: Packed with vitamins and minerals and enhanced with green tea extract and Siberian ginseng, it boosts your energy levels.
  • Curbs cravings: By providing your body with essential nutrients, Lean Greens help control food cravings, which can help with weight management. This is because your body does not feel deprived of essential minerals and vitamins, reducing your desire for snacks such as chocolate or chips.
  • Skin health: The extra vitamins in lean greens are great for your skin.
  • General Health and Immunity: While not specifying exact amounts of each vitamin or mineral, adding lean greens to your diet boosts your overall health and boosts your immune system.

Lean green ingredients

What do I really believe?

I think this stuff is fantastic for anyone struggling to get enough vegetables in their diet. It’s such an easy and simple way to get your greens, especially on those days when you’re too busy to even think about cooking or shopping.

Lean Greens has been a real lifesaver for me! It helps me stay healthy even when my schedule is full. It’s easy to mix in a shaker bottle (comes with Lean Greens) first thing in the morning so you don’t forget.

Plus the taste isn’t bad at all for a green drink – it’s totally drinkable and if you add a squeeze of lemon it’s even nicer. I also like that the drink is quite smooth, not like some other drinks I’ve tried which were chunky!

So yes, I love it and I think it’s a good investment for your health. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but it’s definitely worth it if budget isn’t a concern. In addition, with my discount code BEHEALTHYNOW10You can get a 10% discount.so keep that in mind.

So, would I recommend it?

Yes, absolutely—if you’re not getting enough greens in your diet, I highly recommend it. Try it for at least a month to really see the benefits. When you start fueling your body with the good stuff, you’ll notice fewer cravings, better skin, and a boost in energy.
