They know you, your health and your baby better than Google ever did. The Internet is a treasure trove of information, but it cannot replace personalized advice from a medical professional.

So, dear moms and moms-to-be, unfortunately, the grape debate rages on. The decision to drink or not to drink is a personal decision and only you can determine what is right for you and your baby. Remember, motherhood is a marathon, not a sprint, and self-compassion is your best ally.
