Faster Way To Fat Loss 2024 Review – Sarah Fit

I join first FASTEST WAY to lose fat in January 2019, almost 5 years ago! A lot has changed since then. Today, I wanted to update my FASter Way review as it relates to my experience as a VIP client and coach.

Want my original review? Check it out here.

PERSONAL TRAVEL

I became a member FWTFL to lose weight after the birth of my second son. I wanted to lose about 5-10 pounds. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, I discovered that I didn’t know how much I should be eating. I felt called to share the program to help other women learn how to lose postpartum weight without dieting or restricting themselves.

Ok, let’s see how the program works now that you know WHY I joined:

How the program works:

Okay, so here’s how a faster way works. Sign up with a coach (like me!) and then receive a welcome email that includes a link to your new customer review as well as a Facebook group link. When I first joined, we didn’t get personalized macro goals. We were given a calculator, but now (some) trainers will send you your goals based on age, height, weight, previous diet history, food sensitivities, and autoimmune diseases or hormone imbalances.

The Facebook group is a great community group for accountability, feedback and questions.

You will also have direct access to the application. When I first joined, we didn’t have an app! The app is amazing. We can track macros, track our workouts, track our fasting window, and have easy access to tons of resources. The app changed the game! I use it many times DAILY for recipe inspiration and workouts.

Customers use the app daily to access meal guides, workouts, water and fasting trackers, and resources.

Each week, the coaches hold weekly practices to review the week’s priorities. The first week is dedicated to intermittent fasting and full nutrition. The second week is dedicated to carb cycling and macro tracking. The third week is dedicated to training and the why behind our programming. Week four is mindset. The fifth week is hormones. Week six is longevity and how to maintain and continue to see results!

Review

Why I love this program so much

The best part about the FASter Way is that it’s not actually a diet. I’m eating more than I ever did on any diet before and I’m losing more fat and inches and I’ve maintained that weight loss. This is because the program educates clients on how much to eat of the correct macronutrients for optimal fat loss, hormone and thyroid function. Avoid eating too few calories which can slow down your metabolism. We focus on nutrient-dense foods. We educate clients on the importance of sleep and rest. We also help teach clients how to train properly!

Trainings at FASTER WAY

The workouts are why I love the program so much. Before I joined, I was doing random workouts at studios and gyms. There was no consistency other than working out 5-6 days a week! The FAST Way showed me you could get results in just 30 minutes 5 days a week. The progressive overload style of strength training allowed me to build muscle without feeling exhausted. I was looking forward to my workouts for once! I was not afraid of them! I went from burning 600 calories a workout to 200 and lost weight! This is because calories in as opposed to calories out don’t matter. It’s all about building muscle.

I’ve been strength training religiously for 5 years now and I’ve never been stronger or leaner! The workouts are purposefully designed. Our trainers know what you did yesterday and will do next month! They are effective and strategic! We do HIIT workouts twice a week and strength training 3 times.

Meal guides

So when I first signed up there was no meal guide!!! Now, we have NEW meal guides every week (meat and veg) that you can follow or use for inspiration. Our VIP Dining Guides are delivered every Thursday and now cater even more to your preferences and needs. They now include a user-friendly single-serve approach, as well as convenient 4-serve notes for dinner and weekend recipes – perfect for family meals and gatherings. We also have new time-saving tips for repeat meals and how to make meal prep a breeze, giving you more precious time with your family! You don’t have to follow the meal plan, but I love the recipes. I use it for inspiration mostly, but the recipes are simple, yet delicious. They don’t take much time. If you want something more, you can change the recipe to a favorite. This makes it so easy to hit macros without having to think about what you’re going to eat if you don’t want to.

How long does our program take?

The workouts actually give back time because you can do them at home and they only take 30 minutes! No more commuting or trying to choose which workout to choose! Intermittent fasting requires zero time to think and gives you time back in the morning as well. IF is on autopilot for me these days. I only do 13-15 hours. Don’t worry, I’m teaching you about fasting if you’re not sure what I’m talking about. The weekly workout takes 15-30 minutes to watch, we ask that you check in on FB daily (5 minutes?) and then meal prep can be as quick or as short as you like!

This can take time to get right, but if you follow our meal guide it’s easy. If you choose not to, it can be a little more time consuming, but it gets easier every week until it’s on autopilot as well.

How much?

6 week new customer onboarding costs $249. After that, VIP is $79/month, but if you choose not to continue, you won’t be charged!

What do you get for the price?

Everything I said above but here is easier to digest!

  • An online private community of like-minded individuals for accountability and motivation.
  • 30 minute workout videos you can do from anywhere in our app
  • Simple weekly meal guides (omnivores and vegans) and grocery lists
  • Live zoom coaching calls with me
  • Custom macros
  • One-on-one weekly messages with your coach
