4 Tips For Transitioning To A Natural Deodorant

Congratulations! You have decided to break up with aluminum antiperspirants and give your armpits the new beginning they deserve. Great traffic.

Your cavities will throw you a persistent cheer if it weren’t, you know, connected to your body.

But before you expect immediate bliss, let’s talk about what really happens underneath (because yes, your armpits are going to go on a trip).

The transition to a natural deodorant is not just a simple outside with the old, with the new one. It’s a Pit reset.

If your armpits have spent years dependent on sweat forces that stop aluminum and hospital levels of antibacterial agents, they could throw a piece of a scandal before they were installed in their fresh, natural state.

But don’t sweat it (well, in fact, you sweat it !! Your body is intended to do that 😉). We have all the tricks to help you go smoothly, without dirt and without stress.

The detox phase: What really happens?

Let’s clean something. Sweating is not the enemy. It is literally how your body regulates the temperature, helps to remove toxins and keeps things work smoothly.

The real issue? Your antiperspirant has prevented this natural process for years. Over time, this changes the microbicide under your hands, which can cause you to sweat even more and smell even worse.

So, when you finally abandon the antipersonal and release the sweat, your cavities go through a period of adaptation. For some people the adjustment is essentially instant (this is about half of us), but the other half of us will have to go through what we call “detoxification phase”.

Here’s what to expect when “detox”:

  • Sweat you wake you up and * may * go just over the ship at first.
  • Your odor can be shifted as microbes of your skin.
  • You may feel like you smell differently, because you do it !! Your body adapts to life without resource inhibitors.

It is perfectly normal and will not last forever. For some people it is a coupe of days, and for some it is up to 4 weeks. Think of it as your pitches by learning how to sweat again. And like any detoxification, it takes a while to adjust.

In this note, here are four tips that will help you go smoothly (and without dirt).

1. Give your cavities a detoxification

Your armpits have gone through a lot. Years of blocked resources, trapped sweat and questionable life choices (such as re -requesting a deodorant over the old deodorant – don’t worry, we’re all there hehe). Now is the time to give them a new start.

Amphate Mask For the rescue! Your cavities have passed a lot, but this small power plant is here to clear Gunk, restore your skin and make you smell fresh Asap. The soft-but-small clay mask draws impurities, kicks the accumulation of products in the stand and helps to balance your microbial at the bottom of the admitting, so that your cavities can eventually embrace their natural deodorant season. It is full of clay design and neutralization (kaolin, zeolite, colloidal silver and bentonite) that do all the hard work without being hard or drying.

How to use it:

  • Apply a minute, and even mattress to clean, dry the armpits.
  • Let it sit for 10-15 minutes while it works its magic.
  • Rinse well with warm water and dry.
  • Use 2-3 times a week during your transition period, and then reduce it once a week for maintenance.

END: If you are already a natural deodorant converter, this armpit detox mask can be used weekly to help your natural deodorant become even more effective.

2. Enjoy your armpits

Sweat, bacteria and dead skin love to go out together (and not in a good way). Regular exfoliation helps to avoid clogged resources, irritation, smell and keeps things fresh. We recommend washing very well under your hands every day and exfoliate under your hands once or twice a week (in conjunction with the use of Amphate Mask).

How; Grab some places of coffee, sugar or an exfoliated glove and gently unfold the dead skin. SoftlyBeing the key word! Your cavities are not a cast iron pot, so you rub as if you care, not as if you are trying to remove the burnt lasagna 😉

Our options for the exfoliation of the pit are the Kick and caresses the brown body rubbing or Spoonful of sugar exfoliation.

3. Find the correct natural deodorant

Let’s set the record straight: Your pits will always sweat and we know it’s good. The key is to neutralize the odor and the absorption of moisture without confusing with the physical processes of your body.

A good natural deodorant must have:

  • The ingredients that do not cause no bicarb soda or magnesium and zinc to combat bacteria.
  • Moisture absorption ingredients like Kaolin Clay and activated coal To keep you fresh.
  • Nutrients such as Coconut Oil, Shea butter and Vitamin E To keep your skin a happy chappy.
  • If you have sensitive skin, look for formulas To avoid irritation while your cavities are adapted.

4. Trust the process

Making the transition to the natural deodorant is one of the best things you can do for your body. But like any good dissolution, there is a phase of adaptation. Your cavities may freak out at first, but stick with it, be patient and show them some love.

Before you know, you will see as the nature intended (without the stench!). And as soon as your natural deodorant works for you, it will have your back (and your pits) all day long and then a few.

PS. Here are some faster ways to help your pit through the transition and make things more comfortable:

  • Stay hydrated: Sweat is mostly water, so drinking more helps to rinse toxins faster.
  • Eat cleanser: What happens affects what comes out (yes, even through your pits). Highly processed foods, alcohol and excess caffeine can make the smell of sweat stronger. Whole, fresh foods help keep things neutral, so you might exchange the third coffee for a green smoothie (we just believe in you).
  • Repeat when needed: A quick completion during the day is completely A-N.
  • Wear breathable fabrics:Tight, synthetic tops can trap sweat and bacteria, making the odor worse. Keep cotton, bamboo and linen to give your pits a breathing room.
  • Wash your clothes properly: Your clothes can be a shelter for ODOUR bacteria. Washing your clothes with antibacterial soap can help you break the dirt.

Remember a little perseverance now = a life happy, no dirt.

Is it worth it? Absolutely 🙂
