These brunch recipes are tried and true, quick and easy, and best of all, they’re dietitian-approved and kid-friendly! Perfect for a holiday brunch or feeding a large crowd, everyone will be delighted with these delicious and nutritious brunch dishes (even your picky eater!).

My love for breakfast and brunch runs deep, so naturally, many of the recipes I create fit into that category. As a Registered Dietitian with over 17 years experience (and mom of 3) I have had enough! But I’ve picked my favorites and can’t wait for you to try them.

I’ve included a nice variety of sweet, savory, gluten-friendly, dairy-friendly and vegan options so there’s something for everyone. These recipes are perfect for feeding a crowd and many of them can be made ahead of time. They are also very easy to assemble, which makes it easy to get your kids involved in the kitchen.

Without further ado, here are the top 20+ kid-approved brunch recipes perfect for feeding a crowd:

This makeup version of oatmeal is the perfect combination of nutritious and delicious. Naturally sweetened with ripe banana and higher in protein than regular oatmeal, this will be your family’s new breakfast!

Easy Cinnamon Buns? Oh yes! These overnight cinnamon buns are so easy to make, but look so fancy. Your kids will love peeling it off.

High in fiber and protein, these Banana Barley Breakfast Biscuits in a Bowl have staying power to keep you full and are a nutritious and balanced way to start the day.

You won’t believe how easy it is to make this caramel apple puff pastry! Your family will love these delicious, (almost) treats.

Love chia pudding but hate the overnight (or hours) wait? Don’t wait any longer my friends! This instant chia pudding is ready in about 20 minutes.

If your crew gets sick of the same old breakfast options (you can only have so much cereal and toast, right?!), this is one to try. One of the best parts about this breakfast taquito recipe is that it makes a great big batch, so you can freeze leftovers and easily reheat them on busy mornings.

Think tater-tots, but with cauliflower! Kids will love dipping them in their favorite sauce.

This Easy Egg Burrito Bake makes a great Sunday brunch for a crowd. Pair it with salsa, sour cream and guacamole and your guests won’t be satisfied.

The most filling, delicious and kid-approved pumpkin spice breakfast cookie has arrived! High in protein, fiber, healthy fats and autumnal flavors, they are a nutritious and balanced start to your day.

Moist, tasty, fluffy, healthy and most importantly… easy! Who doesn’t love a good muffin?! I am right?! These One Bowl Whole Wheat Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are a recipe you’ll keep coming back to.

Need an Easter brunch idea? Look no further than my carrot cake for a French toast night.

These Egg Bites in a Muffin Tin make an easy, nutritious, protein-packed breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Your whole family will love these nutrient-dense, delicious muffins! These healthy Chocolate Zucchini Muffins are low in sugar, gluten-free and safe for school.

These dietitian-approved carrot cake pancakes are not only delicious (and kid-approved), but also super nutritious, filling, and perfect for toast!

This delicious and nutritious granola is not only kid-friendly, but SUPER easy to make! When serving a crowd, make a DIY yogurt parfait with fresh fruit, yogurt of your choice, and top it off with this granola.

You won’t believe that these completely delicious muffins are flour-free and gluten-free!

This bread was the only bread my grandmother used to eat and make every week! This homemade bread recipe is made with Red River Cereal (yes, it’s back!). This dietitian mom loves it and so do my three kids!

These Pumpkin Spice Waffles are sure to please any crowd! They come together for a quick and nutritious breakfast that kids love.

These flourless lentil protein muffins are as delicious as they are nutritious. They are soft, fluffy and chocolatey, but packed with nutrients like lentils, eggs and bananas.

Cooking for a crowd at the last minute? That’s where my pasta, ham and veggie frittata come to the rescue! It’s completely customizable as you can substitute different ingredients if you don’t have everything.
