Packed with omega-3s, this smoked toasted salmon is made with broken edamame for a fun, nutritional twist. Finally with onions, small, hot honey and chia seeds, this toast is ideal for a healthy breakfast, lunch or snacks.

This blog suspension is funded by Terry Naturally®. Thank you for supporting the brands that make this blog possible. As always, the views are mine.

Because I like this recipe!

Smoked salmon toast may sound essential, but the crushed edamame takes it to a whole other level.

Edamame spread is extremely easy to do in food processor or high-speed blender-is You have fresh basil, lemon, garlic and tahini to taste in the mouth.

For even more flavor, I like to add onions for tockiness and hot honey as garnishes for a little sweet and thermal combo.

As a registered dietician who happens to be pregnant right now with baby #2, I make sure I have enough omega-3 on my day help support baby’s brain growth.* And the ingredients of this recipe such as smoked salmon, edamame and chia seeds are filled with omega-3!

Other easy, omega-bearing salmon recipes currently rotated at our home are my canned salmon salad and the 30-minute Fajitas salmon sheets.

I love this broken Edamame Toast for an easy nutritional breakfast or fast lunch! Toast recipes are awesome because you can also customize them for your preferences. Skip or add whatever coating you want!

Notes on ingredients:

smoked salmon: I prefer Cold salmon for its strong taste and soft texture, but generally not recommended for pregnant people like me at the moment (similar to deli meat) because the potential risk of infection by Listeria. The good news is the hot smoked salmon, which is healed and smoked at a higher temperature, is a safer alternative! The hot smoking salmon will have a firm, delicate texture and smoked taste.

Multi -compile bread: I choose multiple animal bread here for a little more flavor and fiber to help you keep you fully longer But you can use your preferred selection bread!

Edamame: I use the Edamame refrigerator, but you could also use Frozen Shellated Edamame – just be sure to thaw it before using.

royal: I add this fresh herb to add a balance of sweet and salty taste to the spreading edamame.

lemon: I include lemon juice and star to add a bright taste to the crushed edamame.

tahini: This sesame seeds helps to bind the crushed edamame and adds a rich taste.

onions: You can find the onions in some grocery stores or special grocery stores, but I used one Quick onion recipe from Bon Appetit.

micro: Young vegetable greens falling somewhere between a shoot and a green baby. Add texture, taste and visual appeal to meals and They contain more concentrated nutrient content.

hot honey: Adds the perfect complex sweet and spicy!

chia seeds: Adds a small judgment and Extra omega-3 push!

Omega-3 packaged toast recipe!

If you are looking to hit the omega-3 intake, this recipe is. Multiple ingredients are high in omega such as salmon, edamame and chia seeds.

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids because we do not naturally produce them in our body-we have to get them from food sources and/or supplements.

Omega-3s (mainly DHA and EPA) are well thought out have been associated with a number of health benefits, including supporting the cognitive function and health of infants and brain growth*.

As a dietitian, I like to cover all my bases when it comes to different nutrients, so I also get an omega-3 supplement. I like it a lot Terry’s vectomega ® Because it is the only fish based on fish (derived from the salmon of the north Atlantic) omega-3-bound to phospholipids, with naturally responding peptides, which help support better absorption and digestion, which means there are no fish!*
