The busy programs require simple, delicious and versatile meal solutions. Enter the Chicken Breast Slow Cooker-a Game-Changer for meal preparation, easy week dinners and quickly renewable meals. Whether you feed a family on the go, packing meals for work, or you just want a way that doesn’t swell to make sure you have a ready protein is the slow cooked chicken answer. In addition, with some simple ingredients, you can create multiple flavor variants to keep things interesting all week!

Basic recipe for slow kitchen chicken breast

Ingredients:

– 4 chicken breasts without bones, no skin

– 1 cup chicken broth (or water)

– 1 teaspoon of salt

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon of sweet garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon of onion dust

– 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow kitchen.
  2. Sprinkle even spices over chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  4. Cover and cook at low for 3-4 hours or until the chicken is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165 ° F.
  5. Injury or slice as you wish and use in your favorite meals!

10 Variations of Slow Kitchen Breast Taste to keep it exciting

Enter the Chicken Breast Slow Cooker-a game-changer to prepare meal, easy week dinners and quickly renewable meals.

Lemon chicken

– Add 1 teaspoon of dried Italian spice

– Replace chicken broth with lemon juice and water (1/2 cup each)

– add lemons to slices before cooking

Better for: salads, wraps or next to grilled vegetables.

Bbq pulled chicken

– Exchange of chicken broth for 1 cup barbecue sauce

– Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for chackiness

– Stir and chop the chicken once cooked, mixing with sauce

Better for: sandwiches, rice cups or filled baked potatoes.

Mexican chicken

– Add 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

– Exchange of chicken broth for 1 cup salsa

– Mix black beans and corn after cutting for extra texture

Better for: tacos, burrito bowl or quesadillas.

Teriyaki chicken

– Use 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce instead of broth

– Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of ginger

– Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions after cooking

Better for: Mix fried, rice cups or lettuce wrappers.

Mediterranean

– Add 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

– Replace the broth with tomatoes with 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup of water

– Mix olives and feta cheese after cooking

Better for: Cereal Cups, Pasta or Pizza.

Chicken buffalo ranch

– Exchange of chicken broth for 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

– Add 1 tablespoon of spice

– Mix a small Greek yogurt after cutting for cream

Better for: wrappers, sandwiches or loaded sweet potatoes.

Mustard chicken

– Replace chicken broth with 1/2 cup of honey mustard sauce

– Add 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for extra tang

– Stir well after cooking to cover evenly

Better for: Graduate cups, sandwiches or grilled vegetables.

Coconut chicken

– Use 1 cup of coconut milk instead of broth

– Add 1 teaspoon of curry curry and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

– Mix chopped coriander after cooking

Better for: Rice Cups, Naan wrappers or over steamed vegetables.

Lemon chicken

– Use 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup chicken broth

– Add 1 teaspoon of Greek spices and 1/2 teaspoon of sweet garlic

– Garnish with fresh parsley and slice after cooking

Better for: pilot wraps, salads or quinoa cups.

Chicken chipotle chicken

– Add 1 teaspoon chipotle powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

– Use 1 cup tomatoes in cubes instead of broth

– Stir the chopped coriander before serving

Better for: Tacos, Burritos or Enchiladas.

How to save and reheat the chicken breast for kitchen

– Refrigerator: Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

– Freezer: freezing in portions for up to 3 months.

– Recentration: warm in the microwave oven with broth lap or on the cooking layer over low heat.
