Hello friends! how are you Hope your week is going well! I have a discovery call and a lab review call today, and I’m looking forward to a sweaty yoga class. I hope you have a beautiful day ahead of you.
For today’s post, I wanted to discuss My favorite health food brands of all time. When I say, “healthy,” I mean they have simple ingredients with minimal added oils, artificial sweeteners, dyes, etc. I usually try to buy from certified organic, wild caught seafood and B body companies because they care about people and the planet.
In an *ideal* world, I would make everything, including our snacks, from scratch. I make almost all of our meals at home – we try to get takeout or a restaurant 1-2 times a week – but I still opt for packaged options for convenience. I have a mental list of brands that I love and wanted to share some of them in today’s post!
Please note that I fully understand that inflation is annoying and food costs are out of control. If you’re just struggling to put food on the table, I see you and send you the biggest hug. I don’t want anyone to be ashamed or feel bad about their choices. we are all here doing our best.
My kids would be horrified that you can see my “dogs” in this photo lol
The Rails Sweater is here // the jeans are here <– on sale right now
