The first day of school often brings a tornado, and for many families, this means a review of skin care.

Whether you send your children to class or return to college, shifting the routine can affect your skin.

Both mothers and students can observe more imperfections, redness or irritation at this time of the year. For students, the combination of changing hormones, stress, late nights and sports activities can cause skin problems. For parents, the additional workload of school routines, cars and work can bring the challenges of adult size skin.

If you or your child have sensitive or compromised skin, the school season can be even more frustrating. Add environmental factors such as dry air in the classroom and prolonged summer heat and you have the perfect recipe for breakouts and irritation.

Below, we have some tips on how to make back-to-school care for you.

Returning to school creates a significant change in routine and stress levels. Whether you are a Juggling parent and school programs or a student adapting to demanding lessons, these changes can cause a number of answers that directly affect the health of your skin.
