Use these simple and fresh ingredients full of nutritional value to make this delicious toast. Make sure you check the recipe card for the exact amounts of each ingredient you will need.


- Avocado: You will want to use an avocado that has just reached the peak of maturity for avocado. You can tell when an avocado is ripe and ready when it attributes to steady soft pressure (it should not feel “Mushy”).
- Bread: If you want to make a large avocado toast, you need to use very good bread. I like to use fresh bread bread from the farmers’ market, but every high quality bread will work. Use a toast of whole grains if you want to score a few extra fibers. Use gluten -free bread if you want to make a gluten -free avocado toast.
