As a female gym expert who trains pregnant women and young mothers, you are often assumed to have children.

When I became pregnant with my first born, I had already over 10 years of training pregnant women and young mothers in prenatal specific group sessions and one-on-one personal training.

Some women just assume that I already had children. As soon as they realized that I didn’t do it, nothing changed. They still came to my lessons and ran how well they felt afterwards.

I didn’t have to be pregnant to help pregnant women.

You just have to have an understanding and level of empathy and communication to help them through their journey. It is not a stock standard, “You are pregnant, so I will modify these few moves for you” type of training.

This is what our graduates of ours Predictable course of pregnancy exercise and after childbirth They learn. This is what makes trainers for pregnant women and young mothers.

I don’t like anything more when men along the way complain about how good they were and how excited it is to make the changes to help pregnant women and customers after childbirth.

This excitement and passion is felt through what Luke has to say.

Here is your change to meet one of the amazing pregnancy experts and postpartum, Luke:

“I am currently working as a Gymnastics Team Trainer and personal trainer at Goodlife Health Clubs Richlands, QLD. I have big dreams to run my own show one day!

My mother is a huge inspiration for myself and many other people. He also works in the same fitness facility and has been a fitness trainer since I was born. At the time of her pregnancy she was actively giving her and participated in multiple classes a week with me in her belly, until the 37th week of her pregnancy! I also have two older sisters who both have 2-3 children, so I am blessed with some amazing and powerful female patterns in my life. I hope to lift my clients to a similar light to the training of power and resistance to help them on their travels in motherhood.

The pre -active course of pregnancy and after childbirth as a whole is an absolute wealth of a resource to have. I have taken far from this in terms of exercise planning, core/pelvic stability, control and power. The one thing I personally liked was the dive on the idea of ‘Matres’ and maternity, greater understanding of pregnancy beyond normal changes of a woman’s body. Being able to understand and realize with my clients in addition to the clear exercise/fitness alone has really improved my ability to connect with them to a more personal level.

I intend to stay as a personal trainer/trainer at the moment. I am pretty young in the industry and still have a lot to learn, but the knowledge and skills from this lesson have really improved the quality of training and the information I can offer to my female clients who may try to start a family in the future or now return to exercise. I wouldn’t want to start a group group for moms if I had enough people intense!

What would I say to a woman who is now pregnant?

First, congratulations! To yourself, your partner and at the beginning/expansion of your family! The next 9 months and beyond will be a wonderful preparation of chaos and beauty (probably more on the chaotic side). However, an appropriate exercise and the resistance training routine is a stunning way to enhance your body and mind and to help make this journey for you and your newborn comfortable and awe -inspired!

And to the newly formed mother:

Exercise seems different for everyone, especially when we have two in the picture, but power building is now one of the best ways to promote a great and complication without pregnancy. I can assure that the moms I have seen who have participated in the exercise before and during their pregnancy had much less complications, pain and a much smoother recovery/transition back to activity and life after childbirth.

In all the mothers out there that is already or will soon be, the power is in your hands! I can’t support the benefits of exercise and resistance enough. It’s never too late to start making positive changes! ”

And if only the trainer around the world has the same prospects, awareness and connection with Luke. I am so proud of him as he should be from himself (and I am sure his mother and the two sisters could not be proud!).
