Makeup, beauty, fashion, everything may matter to you, but the toned body always takes over these materialistic products, as these products can hide your imperfections, but they cannot fix them forever. In the hustle and bustle of life, when workload and family pressures are already on you, maintaining a healthy weight is quite difficult and weight loss is almost remote.

To shed that fat, go to the gym, diet, and do whatever is possible. After doing all this, when you still do not lose weight, it becomes extremely frustrating and difficult for you to deal with the situation as nothing seems to work. Have you ever tried to sit down and think about why nothing seems to work for you despite trying so hard and eating the right diet?

I have the answer to your question. It’s because you may be eating the healthiest diet, but the timing of eating it must be weird. For example, you might be consuming cheese at night when you shouldn’t, as you shouldn’t be consuming heavy food after sunset. Most of you completely cut out fats from your diet like Ghee, Butter, Paneer which are all very necessary to provide you with optimal and healthiest fatty acids.


Before we discuss the 4 ways to lose weight faster, I would like to tell you the importance and type of diet you should consume.

First of all, don’t cut out fats completely, as they are very necessary for your body, and don’t forget that fats give your face that glow you crave.

Secondly, vitamin B12 is one of the most essential vitamins that you should not skip as it is very necessary for the conversion of fats into energy. Cheese, eggs, shellfish are some examples of food rich in vitamin B12.

Always watch the portions you consume. For example, count the number of slices of pizza and calculate the calories you consume. It will help you the next day while working out as you will know roughly how many extra calories you need to burn.

Check your sleeping hours. Note when you go to sleep and when you wake up in the morning. Sleeping hours have a big impact on your weight loss program.


Now comes the real part of the story – the four principles of proper nutrition, which will help you not only lose weight faster, but also help you have a healthy and toned body without stretch marks here and there due to muscle contraction and relaxation .

Many people should be offended at first, but this is something that will always work in your body’s favor. Almost all of us have a habit of drinking a cup of tea or coffee, which we call “bed tea” and do anything after that. It is the biggest mistake you are making as it hinders your weight loss process as you consume sugar first thing in the morning. When you fall asleep, the sugar levels in your body are extremely low and the liver is almost empty with no sugars in it. It is your responsibility to bring the level to the optimal level and not to raise it beyond the level.

Therefore, I would suggest you have fruit first thing in the morning or anything solid that has no sugars or contains natural sugars. It keeps the acidity and bloating and also keeps you fresh throughout the day. Try it!!


Another mistake most people make is skipping meals to lose weight, as they have the misconception that fasting or skipping meals will help them lose weight faster. Let me give you an example of a very popular diet from one of the leading car companies that was given to its employees to stay in shape. It’s nothing but a typical crash diet. It will definitely help you lose weight faster, but it will also make you gain twice the weight in no time, trust me!

The other thing is that you should not skip meals and eat quite often like every 2 hours. It is the most effective way to lose weight. It will keep your stomach fuller than before as it will divide your meals into several small portions and you won’t stick to just 3 meals. Besides, when you eat after every 2 hours, you eat in small portions, which do not burden your stomach too much to digest the food under stress.


There are many times when you don’t know what you are eating and how much you are eating, but you still eat for no reason. Sometimes you eat while watching a movie, sometimes while you’re bored. Food is definitely not the way to entertain you and should not be eaten or consumed for stupid reasons. You should eat more food when you are engaged in more physical work and less when you are not physically active. You should always eat in a balanced amount as eating less punishes your stomach and overeating is definitely a crime.

As the authority has stated, I need not elaborate much on this. Eating 2 hours before going to bed gives your stomach enough time to digest the food efficiently, which will not only help you burn fat faster, but also help you get a sound sleep.


Here are some diet samples that I am sharing with you that will prove beneficial for you in losing weight without losing your confidence and patience.

Diet 1:

7:00 AM– A bowl of papaya

8:00 AM– Corn flakes with skimmed milk or muesli with milk

10:00 AM– A handful of almonds or Brazil nuts

12:00 AM– A slice/cube of cheese (preferably from cow’s milk)

2:00 PM– Your regular meal

4:00 PM– A bowl of yogurt

6:00 p.m– Coconut water

8:00 PM– Your regular dinner (have a bowl of soup and lentils as part of your main course dinner)


6:00 AM– 2 oranges or a bowl of mangoes

7:00 AM– Upma, Idli, Poha, Oats (any of them)

9:00 A.M– Roti + Sabzi or Parantha (if you have had it in breakfast then it is absolutely fine to have it)

11:00 AM– Yoghurt

1:00 PM– Lunch (as usual)

3:00 P.M– Cheese

5:00 PM– A handful of nuts and dried fruit

7:00 PM– A bowl of soup

9:00 PM– Brown rice with curry or lentils of your choice


So you can choose from these sample meals or customize them to suit your needs, but be sure to count your calories so you don’t end up putting on more weight instead of losing it
