Hello friends! Good Friday! How was the week? Hope you had a great one. The kids are officially one week out of school (YESSSSSSS) and we’re all counting down the days. This weekend we have dinner with friends, a concert, dance activities and all the works. I hope you have a lovely weekend too!

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! Here’s this week’s roundup and I always love to hear about your favorites if you want to shout out something you love below.

5.17 Friday’s Faves

ZOE:

Mother’s Day Adventures. It was the best day with my favorite people, doing so many of my favorite things. I woke up early and while everyone was still sleeping I went to the farmers market to take a walk and get some meat for Maisey’s dog food. When I got home, I got to open some amazing cards from the family and then we headed out for brunch at Hacienda del Sol.

Hacienda has become one of our favorite brunch spots for special occasions (we also love date nights on the patio with live piano music), and they have a legendary spread. They really go for quality over quantity with the best prime rib, veggies, cold meats, pasta, scrambled eggs, huge seafood, desserts for days, many flavors of mimosas and a full bar, and live Spanish guitar. Some friends who are like family joined us and it was the perfect breakfast.

(so many desserts gf!)

After brunch, we did the tour de Tucson, leaving flowers and cards for my mom, nana, stepmom, and other nanas 🙂 We headed home, where I rode the spin bike and then took a great little nap. We met friends at the pool at Ventana for pizza, swimming and margaritas.

I also had some exciting news to share with you: earlier this week, EquiLife and IHP announced that I had been selected as one of the five IHP Champions for the year.

There are over 5,000 Holistic health professionals worldwide, so it was a huge honor and I feel so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this incredible community. It has changed my life and health in the best possible way and I feel blessed to share what I have learned with others. I never had a huge goal with the blog or what I do online. all I wanted to do was help, serve and connect with others. It was so fun to see how it grew and changed over time!

To celebrate this milestone, I wanted to share with you a special trial sale (20 available and sale ends Sunday):

Head to this link and you’ll get $100 off a starter kit (my two favorite core workshops and the ones I read daily with clients!), a custom action plan, and access to my Vitality course.

We only did one of these workshops when Liv was younger and it was a thousand dollars through a local physical therapist. You get two workshops, an action plan, and tons of bonuses for a fraction of that price.

If you’ve been on the hamster wheel, doing the same things, not seeing changes or results, it doesn’t have to be that way. Let’s take a deep dive together and uncover some deficiencies, toxicities and work to balance your body so you feel your absolute best.

Register here – the discount code has already been applied for you! *Note: Labs cannot be shipped to New York or Washington State at this time. If you are international please let me know and we can calculate the shipping cost.

Fashion + Beauty:

You guys. I am amazed by all your amazing support Olive tree since I joined the company a few weeks ago. These products are so good and I can’t wait to hear how much you love them! The word on the street is this my very favorite serum (aka Botox in a bottle) will be refilled this weekend as well.

I was quite disappointed about the end of Beautycounter, but I feel like it was truly a blessing. I feel so aligned and connected to Olive Tree. the products are beautiful, clean and perform very well. You can browse the products hereand you can check out Our custom photo skin care quiz.

Olive tree has exploded in the past month (you can read this incredible article!) so they have increased production to meet demand. Stock should be more consistent, but I’ll keep you updated as things replenish as well.

Read, watch, listen:

BRIDGERTON. I rarely watch TV, but I always find time Bridgerton. I will watch the episodes on mine sauna blanket or on my pillow. (I also made a free list of my favorite wellness items if you want to grab it here.

New Bad motor home. I may have shed a tear.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Have a great weekend, friends! Thank you very much for visiting the blog today and see you soon.
