Sharing my thoughts on the vibrational plates and if it’s worth adding one to the wellness routine to your home.

Hi friends! What are you doing? I hope you had a great weekend! We are behind a stunning trip to San Diego feels super refreshed after many beaches and girlfriend. It was a low key, we had a very tasty food and we enjoyed to sleep and multiple excursions to the ocean every day to “They take our feet wet” (For kids, that means their whole body.) Hope you had a restorative and fun weekend!

Today, I wanted to chat a little about vibrational plates and if I think it’s worth adding to your routine. I’ve seen these everywhere recently – I’m sure you have it too – so let’s break it!

What is a vibrational plate and you need one?

What is a vibrational plate and you need one?

If you have moved Instagram or wander around the corridors of your favorite gym store recently, you probably have seen a vibrational plate (also called a vibration platform). They look futuristic, promise great results and claim to improve everything, from fat loss to lymphatic drainage. But what is the real deal? Do you really need one in your fitness routine or is it just another glittering piece of equipment that collects dust in your gym corner?

Today I wanted to talk about what these machines are, what science says, who are great (and who should avoid them) and an alternative to budget -friendly solution that offers many of the same benefits.

What is a vibrational plate?

A vibrational plate is a flat platform that uses the whole body vibration technology. Stand, end up, or even power exercises in it, while vibrating at different frequencies. The idea is that these vibrations stimulate your muscles, joints and lymphatic system in ways that may not be regular exercise.

These devices were first developed in the 1960s for astronauts to help prevent bone and muscle loss in zero gravity. Over the years, they have made their way to gyms, natural therapy offices and now home gym.

Possible benefits of vibrant plate

While marketing may be above the top, there are some benefits worth noting:

1. Improved muscle activation

The vibrations cause rapid muscle contractions, which can help improve strength and stability over time. Matching body weight or light resistance movements can enhance the challenge. It also adds a little instability, which encourages you to get involved in your muscles and buttocks a little more.

2. Bone health support

Research suggests that vibration training can help improve mineral bone density, which may be particularly useful for women in the await or menopause focusing on bone health.

3. Lymph and traffic support

Many people use vibration plates to help support lymphatic drainage and circulation, which can let you feel lighter and more activated.

4.

A 10 to 15 -minute session on a vibrational plate may feel amazingly effective, especially in the days you are short in time. You may not break a sweat, but you will definitely feel it later.

The disadvantages to take into account

Before you hit “Add to cart”there are some important things to keep in mind:

Not for everyone: If you are pregnant, you have cardiovascular conditions, common problems or a history of vertigo, vibrational plates can do more harm than good. They can also be harmful to those who have nervous or circulatory problems.

Excessive claims: These platforms are not magic weight loss machines. They can support your routine, but they will not replace strength training, walking or diet rich in nutrients. It’s just like a shuny *extra. *

Point of honor: Quality engines can range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. This is an important investment if you are not sure you will love it and I can think of so many other things worth the market instead (such as one dumbbella treadmill or walk ridea TRXa Sculptural society Members etc.)

The reboundThe Refound

An alternative to budget -friendly: rebound

If your main goal is to improve the lymphatic flow, circulation and low -effect movement, a rebound (a small interior trampoline) offers many of the same benefits for a fraction of cost.

Recovery can support:

Lymphatic drainage and detox roads

Heart for common health

Improved Balance and Coordination

A stunningly fun way to move your body

And here is the best place: you can get a high quality rebound for under $ 100, and it doesn’t take much space to the gym in your home. (More about why I like rebounds here.)

Do you need a vibrational plate?

Here’s the bottom line:

If you love gadgets, you have the budget and you want to add a unique mattress to your workouts or rehabilitation routine, a vibrational plate can be a fun and effective addition to the gym to your home.

If you are looking for similar benefits without the sharp price, a rebound is your best bet. And doubles as a way of having fun to take your steps while watching your favorite show.

At the end of the day, the “better” Tool is what you will really use consistently! Have you tried a vibrational plate? What did you think?

Good day and I’ll see you soon!
