Participating in the celebration of “Durga Puja” or “Navaratri”, from Pandal-Hopping to the crowd may not be a safe taking up the baby inside you during your pregnancy. But you can make the celebrations of the souls by planning to travel with your husband as well as the family. (Remember, you can’t travel on your own).

You can visit a place of relatives or friends – anywhere throughout the city or outside. Alternatively, only for the sake of enjoyment, you can plan to travel outside the city. Perhaps between the wavy seas or mountains covered by the cloud, you, the baby inside you, and your partner may feel apparently.

Only, remember, wherever you go – the unparalleled procession and grandeur of Indian celebrations will always remain unchanged.

But how will you make your pregnancy travel safe during the festivals?

Here is everything you need to know while planning a trip with your partner and family during the festive season:

Traveling by car during festival

If you visit a friend or relative’s place, not far from yours, a car move may be convenient for you. A car move will allow you to take breaks whenever you need it.

Not only that:

  • While traveling in a car you can sit comfortably. However, sitting for many hours with the inflated baby’s blow, weight gain and shift center can stretch and pain in your back and feet. You can push your car seat back while traveling, and take enough space to stretch your feet and keep your back pain lower. Don’t forget to hold with a pillow or safe pregnancy pillow.
  • Don’t you just love colorful pandals, lights and music decoration from your childhood? You can still get the same innocent feeling and smile on your face every time you get out of the car to rest and enjoy the decorations around you. (Take care of the music that reaches your ears. While listening to music has its benefits during pregnancy, loud music by loudspeakers may not be positive for you or the baby inside you).
  • Transfer your juices for safe pregnancy, smoothies or some cool drinks or some drinks with you. Within drinks, if you want to have coffee, keep up with coffee restricted. Try not to have more than 2 cups. Carry a bag of herbal tea with you. You can replace the second cup of coffee with herbal tea. Also, take some homemade snacks for the cravings of your pregnancy.
  • Wearing a comfortable cotton the wear of maternity is the rule while waiting. While traveling, you must follow the rule. You can be able to look good at the same time, by making the middle of the empire dresses your best friend. Funky pieces of jewelry and bags to go with him. You can also wear a pair of nice pregnancy -friendly shoes (but not heels). You can go down fashionable in front of the best themes and take a photo with your partner and if you have a family member coming with you.
  • Keep your seat belt placed under your belly all the time. Your seat belt should not hurt your belly.
  • Research your route much earlier before you start traveling. Keep the route you share with your friend or relative. Hold your location. If your relatives know that they will always advise you to avoid abnormal roads. Jerking is not good for the health of your pregnancy.
  • Try to visit the bathroom if you feel the desire to urinate (check for cleanliness) every time you get out of the car to rest.
  • Keep your prenatal medical history with you.
  • Keep your mobile phones always charged. Who knows when an emergency comes up while traveling?

Traveling by train or plane during festival

However, if you are planning to meet a distant relative – maybe outside the city, you may need to take the train or flight. Travel by train or airplane can last longer than expected. Take these precautions before you start your trip:

  • Get a thorough control round made by the healthcare professional.
  • Transfer with you a travel kit to which you will take with you the test reports, medicines, ID cards and the blood donation kit. However, you need to make sure that all documents are valid until you end your trip.
  • You may not be able to sit for many hours, but get up and walk around the apartment or aisle of the plane can be beneficial to your leg muscles. Alternatively, you just try out some stretch exercises, while sitting for so many hours.
  • Try Avoid lifting heavy bags as there may be a risk of premature birth or miscarriage.

Indian festivals are an exchange of love, gifts, fun and laughter. This is the happiest time of the year that no one wants to lose. You may have started your pregnancy journey, it’s been several months now. It may be a tiring journey and full of challenges, but you can also participate. All you need to do is follow the aforementioned preventive measures for the problems you are planning. However, you do not have to forget to consult the healthcare professional before you start the journey. Have a nice trip!
