Usually, during the first and third trimesters, fatigue is a common complaint about pregnancy health. Hormone levels, natural challenges and emotional requirements can wear you.

Home Remedies: To combat fatigue, make sure you get enough rest and sleep. Short breaks during the day will make you feel much more vibrant and energetic.
