When you think of the word “anti-aging” what comes to mind?

Strange face vampire? Introducing controversial things on your face? Trying to freeze your features so you don’t look over a day over 30?

Somewhere on the road, aging took a bad rap as it is something we need fight Instead of a natural process (some would say beautiful). And honestly? This is a bit gloomy.

Your skin care should not be to chase youth with a panic. It should be to keep your skin happy, durable and shiny at every stage of life.

This means that you focus on strong skin obstacles, deep hydration and electricity production ingredients that support your skin in the long run (instead of quick corrections that confuse or even crunchy).

While we cannot upgrade the watch, you can improve the health of your skin and also slow down your collagen and elastin to leave the party very soon.

That’s why we’ve put together this mega together Against About AgingWoohoo-style

This is not your typical “Drink water and wear sunscreen” Spiel (but yes, you have to do these things).

It is full of some tips of good to minus the unrealistic beauty patterns.

So grab a Cuppa (or a prosecco, no Hehe judgment), and let’s dip to keep your skin appearance.

Okay, let’s get stuck!

A quick chinwag for the aging process

As you age, a few things begin to happen to your skin – usually fine lines, wrinkles, dryness and the odd age. Have you ever wondered why?

Underneath the surface of your skin, it has a lot to do with old friends, collagen and elastin. Imagine that collagen and elastin are like the structural elements of your skin, making your skin strong, stable and plump. Until you hit the mid -20s, your body is a collagen production production.

But as you move to your 30s and spend more time to get wiser on this wonderful planet, your body produces about 1-2% less collagen each year and the structure of your skin is at stake. Just like the walls of a home that begin to weaken, your skin begins to lose elasticity and stability, and the fine lines and wrinkles begin to appear.

Then, on the surface of your skin, there are other things. The production of sebum (the natural oil of your skin) slows down so that you notice that your skin (which was once oily or normal) is now on the dry side because it is not very good at maintaining moisture anymore.

Not only that, but the chances are that over the years, the environment is likely to take on your skin to your skin and can cause things such as coloring and points of age.

Step 1 – Hydration – because hydration is your best friend (and the worst enemy of wrinkles)

Hydration is the foundation of plump, youthful skin. It maintains things, smoothly and happy. And even if you don’t have a “dry” skin type, you can still be dehydrated. Yes, even oily skin needs hydration!

As mentioned above, your skin’s ability to keep moisture is actually reduced as you grow older. It all ends up in two things:

1. Exhaustion of hyaluronic acid:

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a humid – which means that it pulls moisture from the air to your skin and holds on it as a thirsty sponge. HA can keep up to 1000 times its weight in the water, which keeps your skin plump, cool and elastic.

The problem? Until you hit your 40s, the natural HA levels of your skin are half reduced. Until the 1950s, they have fallen even further. (Rude, right?)

This means that your skin may start to look dry, dull and less plump as you grow older.

(We will share our best product recommendations to replenish lost moisturizing at the end of this mega-guide!)

2. AKA LIPID BARRIER Damage:

The lipid barrier of your skin is the natural moisture layer-consisting of tiles, fatty acids and cholesterol. It is also the first line of defense of your skin. Think about it as a shield for your skin.

When intact, it locks in hydration and nutrients and keeps an irritating output (such as pollution, bacteria and whatever the mystery Gunk lives on your phone screen).

But as you grow older, your skin produces fewer tiles and lipids, slowly breaking the lipid barrier of your skin and making it more difficult to maintain moisture.

Step 2 – Skin Dam – Tackle your skin barrier like Royalty (because it is)

When your skin lipid is strong, your skin is calm, durable and thriving. When is weak? It is an open invitation for dryness, irritation, redness, unblocking and premature aging in Waltz exactly.

As we mentioned, the barrier of your skin slowly breaks as you grow older, so you need to take care of the best you can. However, you may destroy your skin barrier without realizing, adding to visible signs of aging instead of reducing them!

It is easy to assume that your skin care routine makes you good things for your skin. But too much of the wrong things? There things go sideways.

Excessive exploitation, using hard cleaners, at the same time accumulating too many active-is like trying to build a castle, removing the foundation first.

Here is the royal decree for a stronger skin barrier:

Clean without stripping

That cigarette Do you feel after washing your face? Bad news. This is your barrier begging for mercy. Instead, go for a mild, alternate cleanser that melts the dirt without disturbing the protective layer of your skin.

Reinforce your defenses

Your barrier is made of lipids, so it thrives on ingredients such as tiles, fatty acids, scalan, niainamide, peptides, proteins and vitamin B5. They work together to repair, restore and enhance the natural defenses of your skin so that they can keep moisture and combat stressors as a champion.

Give your skin some breathing room

If your routine has more steps than a royal wedding, things are probably overly complicated. Close back to the essentials and let your skin recover from overloading products.

Be careful of exfoliating

Exfoliation is important, but decline is a one -way ticket for barrier damage. Skip them daily and exchange in gently exfoliated once or twice a week (max!). Try a chemical exfoliation as ‘This is me’ exfoliator enzymeor a natural exfoliation as our ‘Frustrating enjoyment of sugar’. Your skin will thank you.

Seal all in

A well -functional dam = moisture retention. Finish your routine with a moisturizing cream that fits your skin type to give your barrier a helping hand in moisturizing and keep stressing agents out. Two of our favorites are Rich ‘Over the Moon’ Repair Cream and “Sweet Dreams” Extremely rich beauty cream.
