How to use essential oils on your face

Here’s what you need to do to use an essential oil on your face:

  • Dilute your preferred essential oil with a carrier oil
  • Use a few drops per tablespoon of carrier oil for best results
  • Massage the oil mixture all over the face for 1-2 minutes in upward rotations
  • Leave the mixture on your face for 1 minute
  • Saturate a clean cloth with warm water
  • Place the towel on your face and leave for 15-30 seconds
  • Gently wipe off the oil
  • Repeat these steps 5-7 until your face feels clean
