Namita Nayyar:

As a mother, entrepreneur and model, how do you prioritize your daily routine skill? What strategies help you stay consistent?

Natalia Hope Moore:

I have learned to go into a routine is better …. Which strategies help you stay consistent? Once you get to a routine then becomes a habit that puts you for success

Namita Nayyar:

Modeling career requires physical strength. How does your fitness shape are aligned with industry requirements? Are there any specific workouts I swear?

Natalia Hope Moore:

It can be difficult because you never know what the modeling industry is looking for changes from season to season, for example, it was extremely slim now that they are leaning towards shape and outline and tattoos … Then, as soon as the muscle begins to grow when you start to become stronger, you will not need help or use a Pull …

Namita Nayyar:

How do you involve your family on your gym trip? Any tips for parents who are struggling to find time for exercise?

Natalia Hope Moore:

My husband and my kids love to go to the gym as well and it’s nice to make a family night in the gym. The kids and I usually make a heart that make it fun …. I know it can be difficult when your kids are young and one advice is whether you can find someone to watch your kids for at least one hour make time for yourself. It only makes you a better parent. It is also a wonderful relief stress. I know when my kids were younger, I had to wait until my husband arrives at home and go late at night, because that was the only time I could go, but I’m very blessed to have a family and friends who were willing to watch them while I got an hour for myself,

Namita Nayyar:

How does the physical activity help you manage multiple business pressure pressures?

Natalia Hope Moore:

It is the best relief stress because all you think is what you do at the moment and it is great to have this peace of mind while working out. I have also learned not to be on my phone because I will have a lot of messages, so when I’m in the gym, I’m in the gym because it’s like a business for me. I am there to achieve my goals, as I go to work for different businesses and to have goals. I also want to complete.

Namita Nayyar:

You walk us through a typical meal day. How do you balance diet with your hectic program?

Natalia Hope Moore:

Nutrition is so important. I eat four meals a day and lunch is preparing ahead of time, if I don’t prepare my meals for the week to grab to go it would be a failure for me. Knowing how hectic my life is, that’s great for me because I can grab it and go and even when I’m out of town, I can pack my meals and snacks and have with me.
