Skin Care Routine: How To Lay Products In The Morning

While it may seem complicated to understand, the layer of skin care products in the correct order is much easier than you think, especially when you look at different types in a routine. “As a general rule, the order in which you apply skin care products must start with the lightest in the richest consistency,” the product support team explains.

In addition to the consistency rule, consider the operation of each product. Some skin care products prepare the skin for a routine, helping the subsequent steps to absorb better and balance the skin for a radiant, healthy complexion. You will want to follow with strong ingredients – such as those in the serum – to penetrate the skin so they have more time to absorb and go to cell repair. Finish with products that seal all these active ones – in the end, applying the barrier products too early in the routine makes it difficult for the ingredients to penetrate the skin.

Morning skin care routine: What to use and when

The morning skin care routine should focus on protection and hydration to help your skin to cope with the next day. Your skin treats stress from UV rays, pollution and environmental exposure throughout the day. Some steps, such as serum tone or application, are shared with night routines – but the ingredients and textures you use may vary slightly to fit the needs during the day.

Here is the recommended order to incorporate into your daily routine:

1. Cleaning

Start with a gentle cleanser to remove sweat, oil and residue from your pillow. A new surface helps each product layer absorb more efficiently.

2. Toner

One of the most commonly omitted steps, Toner, it must appear in every skin care routine! Often packed full of antioxidants and hydration, a toner, moisturizing fog or tone follows cleaning and skin conditions. Boldijarre KoronczayPresident of Eminence Organic Skin Care, he says that it is better: “Toners are necessary to reveal the fresh, rejuvenated skin seeking all year, to put mineral makeup, to balance the skin pH level after cleaning, or calm the skin after a skin.”

Reduce a cotton round with your favorite graphite Organics Eminence and gently beat over the face and neck area.

3. Substance

Applying a substance is necessary to add hydration and prepare the skin for the next steps in your routine. A substance enhances the absorption of ingredients – perfect when you want to get the greatest benefit of your routine.

“As a rule, apply a substance after cleaning and tone and before your serum. I recommend using it in the morning and evening as part of your daily skin care routine and you could launch it throughout the day to freshen up,” Natalie Pergar, Eminence ORGAR.

After stimulating, shake a few drops of substance on the palms of your hands, warm the product into your hands and gently press on your skin.

4. Serum, facial oil or concentrate

Apply your serum, condensate or facial oil then. Look for products that defend your skin against environmental stress, such as those with antioxidants rich, such as vitamin C for light and protection. The serums are often rich in antioxidants, so it makes sense to want to be fully absorbed. Also, if you need to target or address specific skin concerns (such as wrinkles), the application of concentration or serum at this point of routine is recommended for better results.

Apply your serum or concentrate on the palms of your hands and then gently press on your face and neck.

You could also watch a face oil to seal these active ingredients and enhance hydration before proceeding with your skin care routine. Here is an important tip from Boldijarre when using facial oil: “Place three to four drops of oil on your palm and gently rub your hands together to heat the oil. Then push the oil on the skin with open palm.”

5. Moisturizing cream

Even if your skin is greasy, a moisturizing moisturizing cream is essential to lock moisture and protect it from the barrier of the conditions that is experiencing day and night! Moisturizing creams help support the natural barrier of the skin and will keep your skin strong and healthy.

For best results, you can apply your favorite moisturizing cream after serum or facial oil, while the skin is still moist. This helps in the lock in moisturizing and in the ingredients rich in nutrients you have just applied to the skin.

6. Eye cream

This thin area often remains back in a skin care routine, but it is the area of your face where the signs of aging appear first! Apply a hydration Eye cream over your moisturizing cream and gently press the area around the socket, targeting fine lines or legs of the crow, as well as in the Undereye area.

7. SPF (compulsory!)

For a day’s skin care routine, The sunscreen must be the last step (don’t forget it!). Natural and mineral sunscreen prevent the harmful UV rays from skin penetration and the causing age of accelerating age. For the use of the day, it is a good idea to find a moisturizing cream containing sunscreen.

Why this order? Antioxidants such as free radicals and sunscreens of vitamin C are the final, critical obstacle against ultraviolet rays.

Night Season Skin Routine: Restore and Repair

Night skin care routine is rejuvenation. At night, your skin goes into repair mode. Your nightly skin care order should focus on deeper hydration and targeted treatments to support the natural skin renewal process while sleeping. Many of the same steps from your morning routine are true, but the ingredients may be shifted to the tranquility, the restoration or the benefits of aging.

Following is a recommended PM routine:

1. Cleaning

In the evening, double clean if you have worn SPF or makeup. Start with an oil -based cleanser and then follow with a mild cleansing gel or cream to remove the dirt.

2. Toner

At night, Toner makes more than renewing the skin. It helps to remove any prolonged makeup, pollutants and cleaning residues that could prevent the absorption of your night treatments. After a long day, your skin needs balance and a graphite restores the pH of your skin and prepares it to fully receive the active ingredients that follow.

To use, humidity of a cotton round with your favorite graphite Organics Eminence and gently wipe it on your face and neck, focusing on any areas that feel congested or dull.

3. Substance

Overnight is when your skin makes most of its repair. The substance helps to set the stage for it. After stimulating, apply substance to flood the skin with hydration and absorption. This light but powerful step enhances the performance of the serum and creams that are later applied, making it the vital part of your arms ritual. In the evening, shake a few drops of substance in your hands, gently heat and press it on your skin.

4. War, face oils or condenses

After preparing your skin with toner and substance, this is the ideal time for the application of nutrients or concentrates. In the evening, choose types that focus on repair and hydration such as hyaluronic acid, herbal peptides or rich vegetable oils. Night is when your skin is naturally regenerated, so the products applied now have more time to penetrate and work in their magic.

The serums are often rich in antioxidants and if you need to target or face specific skin concerns (also known as dryness, fine lines or uneven skin) that apply a concentrate or serum to this point of routine is recommended for better results. Choose serums that support the cell cycle, hydration or repair, such as those with hyaluronic acid or peptides. If your skin needs extra care, a nutritional facial oil can be added here.

5. Night cream (evening)

If you do not end your day with a Overnight face mask, a rich and moisturizing cream is the perfect last step for a night skin care routine. What is the difference between a moisturizing cream and one night? These specially designed products are thicker and heavier than daily moisturizing cream, allowing them to actually go to seal work and protect the skin during sleep hours to prevent moisture loss. The skin works harder at night while we sleep, rejuvenate and repair cells, so it is recommended to use a night cream with botanical oils and extracts.

Watch this video to find out more from Natalie on how to lay your skin care products in the correct order:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrhvwp4Be2q

Product application in the correct order of skin care is important but knowledge When to apply them is just as necessary. While many want to complete the skin care routine and head straight to bed, we recommend waiting about 20 to 30 minutes. A short period before bedtime allows the products to penetrate so that you do not end up with more night cream on your leaves than your face!
