I can’t remember when it was that I sat last to write a place of this nature, but every week it may feel like a life these days. After a period of feeling rather exhausted, new job, a new desire to serve me invites it to appear in a new way. He has thought of me that we all need to appear now. This is your time!

In the spring of 2022, I completed the live delivery of my two newer offers, 4 -week awakening and Masterclass Rise + Shine Intuition.

I can’t talk about my participants, though many expressed a similar feeling, but for me – sharing these workshops with the team offered a deep dose of peace in my soul. It’s the only way, however “woo woo” may sound, that I can explain it.

We met with a common desire to live a life that is more comfortable, coordinated, real and on purpose. It was refreshing, to be honest. But fear continued.

This past may mark the Fifeteen years since I started my company and at that time I have started dozens, perhaps even more than a hundred things – products, books, lessons, events and events a school.

Every time I create and get ready to put something in the world, I am outdated with the fear that I am out of my depth and fear that no one will come.

The same is true of this offer, which, incidentally, I repeat as a unified, self-regulated course called Rise and Shine, so if you missed the live running, it’s not too late.

Rise and shine

Here’s the thing-the work I do feels about me. It gives me a sense of meaning. Therefore, in order to resist inspiration, I have come to know, it is impossible. It only grows in my mind until everything is done by consuming. Action becomes the only option.

Overcoming fear and confidence building

As we explored the last week of the wake -up series, when we are looking for our purpose, everything comes down to answer the question “How can I serve?” For this reason, even though I have been waking up in the morning for the last fifteen years with some level of doubt and fear, I do it anyway. I move forward because I learned to allow the attempt to fulfill my appeal to be stronger than my fear or doubt.

This is how we continue to gain trust and confidence in ourselves to talk about what is true. Let’s say loudly (or through Instagram or Twitter or in friendly, calm curiosity -based conversations!) What many people think, but are afraid to say.

You see, when we can turn as authentic superhumans we are for most of our day, in the work we do, the relationships we maintain and the conversations we have, then what we do is strengthening our personal authority which directly reduces noise and demands from the outside world.

We can enjoy the power and tranquility that comes from building our trust in being exactly who we are.

This is possible for everyone.

It is not a special skill or knowledge you need to get from someone else. It’s just to spend time to tune in and pay attention to what your soul is trying to tell you – you may call it an inner voice, this feeling in your stomach pit, instinct, intuition or fine. (How you describe it is irrelevant).

The fact is, when the path is right, you feel it. The energy is there. The inspiration is there. Yes, it may feel uncomfortable. There may be anxiety, fear and anxiety. But consider for a moment if these nerves are actually part of your break to experience a bigger and more true-guided life as it moves closer to the flourishing in full expression who are you?

This, my friend, is how you get your energy, your inspiration and your spark back.

This is where you take your life back.

Do you know where it starts? Begins with personal responsibility.

Now, this is something that has been popular in the mainstream standard late. It is, of course, much easier to blame the rules, regulations, people and circumstances outside ourselves for the current state of our existence – but that is not going to change it.

You can write and rewrite the instructions on how you work in your life. Can I suggest that it is time, perhaps even the past, write the instructions that invite you to live a life that gives you a sense of meaning, purpose and service? A way of life that is real and true and brave? Can you do it? Maybe you’re already.

It’s time to live a great life.

This is not in an ego-driven / selfie-taking / public person / public acceptance / out there thing.

This is not that at all.

It is about coordination and rising, removing any fear or reservations you have to pursue what brings you to the full expression of who you are. If we were all working from this place for so many minutes or hours of the day, as we could manage, we would live in a very different world – both on the individual scale and on the large global scale of things.

It’s time to take back your groove, or maybe get to know it for the first time.

This class/skill/thing you thought about learning – do this. Sign up, start and make it happen. Do it.
