In my opinion, once you find out you are pregnant, it increases everything. You become much more hyper-aware of your surroundings and everything you do because all these things no longer only affect you. . . they also affect your growing baby. And as mothers, we always want to do and provide the best for our babies. This is why one of the first things we tend to think about is what we eat. Because what we eat is also what we feed our babies.
Today’s guest, Stephanie Middleberg, is an expert on this topic and shares her pregnancy nutrition tips with us all and more. Tune in to find out everything you need to know about pregnancy nutrition and how to have a happy and healthy nine months and beyond!
