Irina Haller was born in Hannover, Germany and grew up in a rural environment surrounded by horse stables and horse riding facilities. Her deep passion for horses and equestrian sports began at an early age – she was driving before she could walk. In just four years old, she fought in her first tournament with her pony. The dressage has been focused on her life for over 20 years, during which she competed almost every weekend throughout Germany, achieving numerous remarkable success to the highest level of the sport. She believes in her parents for their steadfast support, which has contributed to her success.
Tragically, Horse Starlight champion, a stunning Black Oldenburg Stallion, suffered a career injury. With a heavy heart, Irina decided to retire from a professional equestrian sport with him.
After completing her diploma in the Abitur, she began working at her parents’ real estate company while studying architecture. In 2020, her father fell seriously ill and died shortly after the diagnosis of cancer. This loss forced Irina to accelerate and take over the family business, proving its power and abilities as a businessman. Gymnastics President Namita Nayyar attracts Irina Haller an extremely talented cavalry, women with real estate and a fashion model, here talks about gym routine, her diet and the story of her success.
Namita Nayyar:
How did your 20 -year -old career affected the current gym? Are there any specific skills or branches from the riding you still incorporate?
Irina Haller:
My two decades in the dressage shape more than my body – shaped my way to be. Each ride required strength, accuracy, balance and a steadfast relationship between the mind and movement. Today, these lessons are still woven in my gym. The endurance remains a basic focus, but also something quieter: the discipline of appearance, the patience to improve, the grace of knowing that true progress occurs with a breath, one step at a time.
The dressage taught me that greatness is not in the big gestures – it is built in the small, invisible moments of consistency. This belief still feeds me, whether I train at Sunrise or chasing the next version of who I can do.

Namita Nayyar:
Can you walk us through a typical day of training? What types of workouts (eg strength, yoga, cardio) are non -negotiable to maintain your active lifestyle?
Irina Haller:
My days start with stillness – and then in motion. Before the world is fully waking up, I go up early, greeting the quiet hours for the purpose. Training is not just something I do. It is the rhythm that frames my life.
I go through a balance of branches: running to build durability, pilates to cultivate power and control, yoga to remain flexible in both the body and the mind. Some days, there are two sessions – a morning route to ignite the fire and a quiet pilates flows in the afternoon to focus.
But beyond the structure, movement is just part of my substance. Whether it is an official training or a simple living act actively, every moment of movement becomes a silent promise to myself: to stay strong, to stay present, to remain endlessly in love with the life I build.
Namita Nayyar:
You still drive horses and if so, how does it complete the current fitness goals?
Irina Haller:
Although I no longer drive regularly, every time I have the opportunity to sit on one of my friends’ horses, it feels like coming home. Instead of choosing a relaxed route, I always find myself to pull the arena of education, where I can still experience the joy of performing a beautiful pirouette. Moments like these remind me that the connection between horse and rider never really fades. No matter how much time passes, the saddle remains my happiest part – a place where passion, freedom and deep gratitude meet.
