Sexually transmitted infections (STIS) are often difficult to identify only by symptoms. Most STDs have not been detected – after all, most do not produce symptoms.

But when symptoms occur, they can easily be confused for other conditions, some of which you can reject as endless.

Symptoms of chewing gum can often be confused with STI symptoms. It’s easy to understand why. Thrush and Stii can affect genitals can cause pain and irritation.

So how do you say?

Continue to read to find out.

If you think you may have Sti, you should try. Book Sti in sexual health clinic near you today.

What is chewing gum?

Thrush is a common dough infection that affects both men and women. Caused by a fungus called Candida, which is usually harmless.

A chewing gum infection can be activated by factors that disturb the natural balance of bacteria in your genitals, such as antibiotics, poorly controlled diabetes, impaired immune system, pregnancy or hormonal changes such as menopause.

Wearing tight clothes using flavored hygiene or excessive washing can also contribute to its development.

What is STI?

A sexually transmitted infection is an infection that most people go through sex. They are usually viruses, bacteria or parasites that are transported by one or the other during sexual act.

However, the term “sexually transmitted infection” may be a bit misleading. While the overwhelming majority of STDs transmit through sex, some STDs can be transmitted in other ways, such as kiss, questionnaire, oral sex, sharing sexy toys and needle sharing.

Is it the Sti chewing gum?

What is: chewing gum or sti?

It can sometimes be difficult to know only from the symptoms.

Although chewing gum is not recognized as Sti, the symptoms may be similar to those of a sexually transmitted infection – making it difficult to know what causes your genitals to annoy. Similarly, both chewing gum and STDs may not have symptoms even if you are infected.

Chewing gumSexually transmitted infection
FungusBacteria, virus or protozoa
The result of imbalanced bacterial populations, irritation or skin damage, antibiotics, poorly controlled diabetes, weakened immune system, pregnancy, or if you have passed menopaustion. Sexual activity can sometimes activate or convey the chewing gum.The result of unknown sexual activity, including oral, vaginal and anal contact.

In some cases, direct skin contact with skin is enough to transfer a STI.

Symptoms of chewing gum can include: – White discard from vaginal or penis (such as cottage cheese) – Genital discomfort such as itching, redness – pain or burning in urination – an unpleasant odor – pain or chouxSymptoms Sti may consist of: – Unusual discharge from vaginal or penis – cuts, blisters, ulcers or lesions – genitals or anal discomfort – pain or burning in urination – an unpleasant odor – abnormal bleeding –
The treatment consists of antifungal medicine and creams that can help relieve irritation.Depending on the STI you try positively, antibiotics, antiviral or antiretroviral drugs can be prescribed by a doctor.
Chewing gum can be cleared within a week with a suitable medicine. In some cases, repeated chewing gum may require a longer treatment course that can last up to six months. Some sexually transmitted infections require long -term management. Symptoms of some STDs can be treated with surgical processes or in prescription creams.

You can easily confuse the chewing gum for a STI, because chewing gum infections can often be activated by sexual activity.

Gender can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria and dough in the genital area. Friction during contact can cause micro-decisions or irritation, making the skin more vulnerable to infection. In addition, the sperm has a different pH from the vagina and this shift to the pH can create an environment where Candida albicans– The dough responsible for chewing gum – can thrive.

The word difference between a chewing gum infection and a stii is difficult. Many of the symptoms are the same and with STDs there are not often symptoms. If you had a sexual encounter that you think could have put you at risk, then close a Sti screen to make sure you have no infection. If your test is negative, you will feel happy and relieved, and if it is positive, you can deal with and suffer long -term bad effects.
