Explore even more low -calorie meals that will fill you and help you stay on the road!

Ingredients you will need

Use these simple and fresh ingredients full of nutritional value to make this delicious Green Goddess recipe. Make sure you check the recipe card for the exact amounts of each ingredient you will need.

  • Tortillas of the whole wheat: To go with the green theme, I used Burrito-Size spinach, but you can use any great tortilla or wrap for them.
  • Chicken: The chopped chicken adds filling protein to these healthy lunch wrap. Either cook an extra chicken breast at dinner for these wrappers or lift a rotisserie chicken and use some for them.
  • Vegetables: Mixed greens or Romaine lettuce, crunchy cucumber and avocado were our choices for this easy wrapper, but you could use almost any other veggie you like in your wrapper and sandwiches for it. They add a lot of dietary fibers to make these wrapping even more filling.
  • Slice cheese: It adds the cream and tang to these wrappers. You can replace goat cheese if you are not a fan of the slice. You could also spread a layer of cream cheese on the wrapper before filling instead of slice if you prefer.
  • Green goddess dress: The hero of these wraps is the simple green goddess. Use a small blender to clean herbs (parsley, dill, green onion), capers, lemon and tahini together for a creamy green dress that is perfect for these simple wrappers. Make sure you use fresh herbs for a maximum taste (the dried simply will not cut them).

Variations

Exchange the protein: If you do not want to make chicken wrapper, you can also make these high protein wraps with canned tone or for vegetarian version, use chickpeas or edamame.

Add different vegetables: We kept it simple with lettuce, cucumber and avocado, but the sky is the limit when it comes to adding vegetables to these wrappers. Try them with shredded carrot, sprouts, grilled or grilled vegetables, broccoli, sliced cabbage, peppers, radishes etc. You can even throw some vegetables such as pepperonns or spicy pickles for more flavor.

Do it gluten -free: The wrapper is the only element of this gluten recipe, so exchange it for a gluten -free wrap, if you want to make this recipe friendly. You could also make it low in carbohydrates using your favorite brand of low carbohydrate wrap.

How to make wrapping goddess of high protein

This high protein wrap recipe is simple to concentrate in a few steps.

Make the outfit: Start by making the outfit. In a small blender, add parsley, dill, green onion, garlic, capers and tahini, lemon juice, salt and water. Mixed until softened. Add more water, a tablespoon or two at a time to thin the consistency if needed.

Assemble wrapping: Assemble your wrappers by adding chicken, mixed greens, cucumber, avocado and slice in the middle of your wrapper. Top with dress and then wrap tight and enjoy!

What to serve with this wrapper

These green chickens with green chicken fold well with a variety of your favorite lunch. However, if you need any inspiration, here are some of our favorites:

Preparing and storing meal

Meal Preparation: You can cut your chicken in advance and store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use. The food processor does a quick job of chicken slicing! You can also prepare the green goddess dressing 2-3 days ahead of time and store in the fridge until you are ready to assemble your wrappers.

Refrigerator: You can store the ingredients for these wrappers separately in the refrigerator for a few days. You can also pre-confess your wrappers and store in the fridge. However, I will leave the outfit if I prepare in front of time and add it when you are ready to serve so that your wraps do not become healthy.
