California Peach Bellini recipe – fresh, foam cocktail

Nothing says in the summer as a Bellini California peach-a foam cocktail that combines peaches with the sun with crisp prosecco or champagne. This elegant but simple drink captures the essence of California’s peach season in each bubble. Whether you host brunch, lie down by the pool, or toast in a bridal shower, this easy bellini recipe brings the sun to every occasion. In addition, it is ready in a matter of minutes with some fresh ingredients. Let’s lift a glass to rejuvenate the peach!

I recently received a little inspiration from my friends Producers of Pacific Coast To make a light, non -added sugar, Bellini with California with non -sugar canned peaches from California. But I like to use frozen peaches or fresh peaches when they are in season. It’s a virtual snap to put it with the kindness of the peaches, which are just so natural sweet and good! You can make this recipe completely California by changing the prosecco for a nice, crisp California white foam.

I like to do this peach bellini using peaches from my tree.

Enjoying Prosecco with Peter in Venice a decade ago.

I first had a Bellini in the famous place that came: Venice, Italy at Harry’s bar. It is made with prosecco (foam Italian white wine) and cleaned white peaches. I really fell hard for Italian prosecco, and since I met this, I always have some in hand, especially for light cocktails like this California Peach Bellini.

Drink in the summer with this rejuvenating Bellini recipe in California! Made with ripe peaches and sparkling wine, it is the perfect easy brunch cocktail or warm evenings.

  • 2 cups peeled, frozen, cut peaches (about 2 large peaches; it can use frozen or canned, see Below*)
  • 1 (750 ml) Prosecco bottle or California foam white wine, frozen
  • 6 Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place the peaches in a blender container and process until softened to make a peach.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons of peach puree on the bottom of a champagne glass.
  3. Slowly fill the glass with foam wine (3-4 ounces), allowing the bubble to break.

Notes

It can use fresh peaches. Two large peaches provide about 2 cups of peaches in slices. You can also use frozen peaches in slices or peaches with canned peaches, liquid drainage before mixing.
