This cream made with Greek yogurt requires just five simple ingredients and takes just five minutes to make, making it a breeze to prepare while providing a burst of bright, fresh flavor to any dish it’s added to.
Its vibrant flavor and smooth texture perfectly complements Mexican cuisine such as my Blackened Salmon Tacos, Grilled Chicken, Air Fryer Salmon or almost any fish recipe adding a creamy, fluffy touch.
As a registered dietitian, I also love that this avocado cream also adds a boost to overall satiety and satisfaction thanks to the nutritious fat and protein it contains.

You might not be surprised to hear that as a registered dietitian, I love avocados. But hear me out.
Avocados are packed with essential vitamins and minerals such as vitamins C, E, K and B6, as well as folate, potassium and magnesiumall contribute to overall health.
They are filled with a healthy heart monounsaturated fats, which help lower bad cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart diseaseand is rich in fiber, which aids digestion and promotes satiety.

How to make Avocado Lime Cream
- Add ingredients to food processor. In a food processor or high-speed blender, add avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
- Mix and serve! Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Serve with tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, chicken, salmon and more.
Tips from the expert (thaaaat is me!)
- I use a food processor to blend all the ingredients together, but if you don’t have one you can also use a high speed blender.
- There are so many options for what to serve this custard with. Think:
- chock
- fajitas
- enchiladas
- vegetable dip or tortilla chips
- chicken
- fish
- burrito bowl
- bowl of cereal
- nachos

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and cilantro and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
