- 4 Fresh middle pears, peeled, spots, chopped in pieces
- 1 Little lemon, juicy
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup water
- Place chopped pears in a pot With lemon juice, cinnamon and water. Stir to distribute the ingredients, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Using a blender (or carry pears to a mixer), mixture of cooked pear until you reach the desired consistency.
