Vitality is my new wellness signature designed for burnt-out moms who want more joy, optimal health and vitality in their lives.

Hello friends! Happy Thursday! I hope you are enjoying the week so far. It was good here. We had a great Valentine’s Day as a family and are looking forward to a fun adventure this weekend.

For today’s post, I’m excited to share an invitation to join us for my signature coaching group program. It’s called Vitality and we’re doing a round as a team starting on February 25th. I really wanted to create something new using my IHP certifications, and when I thought about who I wanted to serve, I thought of a past version of myself. I had teenage children, I was completely overwhelmed and inside, I felt the worst I had in a long time.

I have come a long way in my personal health journey, especially in recent years. While I share a slice of my life online, it’s certainly not the whole pie and I’ve faced various hurdles and obstacles over the years.

(I want to give this version of me a big hug. I had such a great mindset, but I was struggling internally in so many different ways.)

I’m here to tell you that I know exactly what it’s like…

  • Waking up from a full night’s sleep feeling completely exhausted
  • Feeling irritable, anxious and moody all day
  • Wanting to scream…but holding it in
  • Having zero libido and feeling like a shell of yourself
  • Have horrible PMS symptoms, heavy periods and horrible cramps
  • Tossing and turning all night with restless thoughts, unable to stop the wheels from spinning
  • To feel like you need caffeine and sugar to get you through the day
