NOTE: Make sure you have read at the end of an important update about Nerd Fitness Coaching!

Over the last 8 years, we have had thousands of talks with customers, guerrillas and community members.

We have run polls, we read the answers, and we listened carefully to what people are struggling.

Again and again, the variations of three statements continued to come.

  • “Just tell me what to do.”
  • “I need to see signs of progress.”
  • “I can’t remain motivated.”

Each of them reveals an underlying trap that I see people fall and I want to help you avoid making the same mistakes!

“Just tell me what to do.”

Trap: Excessively restrictive plans that leave you burnt down

Need: clarity that fits your life

People I speak to feel shocking and overloaded.

They already have a tone on their plate with work, family and other responsibilities.

It is not strange that there is a strong desire for someone to simplify things!

But returns when leading to plans that are not suitable for your life.

Exercises that are not the right level, restrictive meal plans and timetables that assume you have all the time and energy in the world simply let you burn and return to the square.

We have learned to emphasize Place and flexibility first.

In this way, you have clarity in the next steps, also ensuring that there is enough flexibility to make it suitable for you. ❤*

“I need to see signs of progress.”

Trap: jump from one program to the next

Need: multiple levels of feedback loops

Change is difficult.

And it’s even harder if you feel like turning your wheels and you don’t get anywhere! Certainly many of us have started a new workout or a new diet plan, just to get on the scale or look in the mirror and feel deflated and nothing happen.

This can lead to a program bounce – the jump from one thing to another so fast is difficult to evaluate their effectiveness.

Gymnastics is like investing: the biggest odds take time!

Well here is how we deal with this: We watch both effort and results.

  • Effort: Fulfillment of training, habits practiced, consistency
  • Results: Strength profits, body composition, moving your day more easily, sleep quality, energy levels, etc.

Wins in consistency are early form of progress. It is the first step in evaluating whether a program is appropriate for you.

The wins in the results come later, but they are still important to be examined in evaluating any changes to be made.

Some tools we love to complete each of them:

  • Jar of awesome (effort): Whenever you make a choice you are proud of, add a marble (or note) to the jar. Watch the wins are stacked.
  • Draw sessions (Results): Set up a rhythm (we recommend every 2-6 weeks) to evaluate your progress. This prevents you from adjusting things very quickly while giving you clear check-in points to make changes.

Having feedback loops in each of these areas makes it easier to stay with confidence and patient. 🙌

“I can’t remain motivated.”

Trap: Thought of all or nothing

Need: systems that support consistency

This is the big one. Life becomes messy. People get sick, work is running slowly, chaos happens.

It is easy to hit by the course and blame ourselves and our lack of motivation so that we cannot see things.

This leads to a lot of thought of all or nothing.

Whether we are all in (and things go great!), We are hitting the way and fight to get back to the street.

Here’s how to avoid this trap:

The more you exercise the application of these systems, the easier it will be to maintain the momentum. 💪

Quick checklist

When you look at your own plan, ask yourself:

1. Gives me clarity that really suits my life?

2. I have feedback loops to monitor the effort and Results?

3. Do I have systems to help me stick with it when life becomes dirty?

If so … awesome! You have been installed for success.

If not … don’t worry. Start with anyone who feels weaker and rest it first.

And if you want to help implement these strategies, now it’s a great time to join Nerd Fitness Coaching!

For the first time in 8 years, we will increase prices for new NERD training customers after October 31, 2025.

Current customers are not affected.

As of November 1, the monthly interest rate will rise from $ 197 to $ 297.

Change reflects 8 years of improvements we have made as a program, ongoing investments in our customized application and our commitment to hire and maintain the best coaches in the galaxy. 🤘

If you thought about joining, you can still lock the 197/month interest rate if you register with Friday 31 October 2025.

Our team I would love to chat with you to see if training is the right application!
