10 Questions with Payton>

1. Welcome to the skin from Lovely, Payton! Can you tell us about your trip to become an infusion specialist?

I graduated from the Nursing School in 2021 and started working in the hospital. This experience was so important to me. It helped me build confidence as a nurse and taught me how to really take care of people in a meaningful way.

In 2023, I decided to go to aesthetics. I started in a big company, but after watching an advanced training of specialized infusion, everything changed for me. I learned techniques that I did not use in my daily work and realized that I wanted to grow up and offer more to my patients.

After that, I moved to a smaller practice where I could continue to learn and focus on more personalized treatments. Eventually I found my way for the skin from the wonderful, and I’m so happy to do it. It feels amazing to participate in a group that encourages education, development and really puts patients first.

2. What do you like most about work in aesthetic medicine?

What I like most helps people feel confident in their skin. There is something really special to see a patient light up after a treatment. Not because they look completely different, but because they feel more like themselves. I also love that this field is constantly evolving. There is always something new to find out, whether it is a new technique, product or way of improving results. Being able to combine my medical background with creativity and building real relationships with patients is what this work does so rewarding for me.

3. How do you approach treatment planning to make sure every patient feels heard and lets love his results?

I always start listening to really. I want to understand what brought the patient, how they feel about their appearance and what their goals are. From there, I take the time to train them about treatment options and what is realistic. I never hurry the process because I believe that trust is built through honest talks and defining clear expectations. Each design is personalized and I always check throughout the process to make sure they feel comfortable and confident. My goal is for every patient to let him feel authorized and excited about his results.

4. What tips do you always give to patients who examine injectable for the first time?

Always go to someone who is reliable and well educated in aesthetics. You should never feel pressured during your appointment. If something doesn’t feel right it’s okay to leave. Ask many questions and take your time. Make sure you fully understand the treatment before you agree on it. You should feel safe supported and authorize throughout the procedure. The goal with injectables is to enhance your physical features that do not change the way you see. Go slowly and trust the process.

Special Botox Portland5. Is there a specific treatment that you really enjoy the execution? What does your favorite do?

I really like to relax wrinkles and lip treatments. Relaxing wrinkles are great because they help soften the expression lines and give a refreshed, natural look without changing how one’s face moves. Lips are one of my favorites because they can really enhance trust. I like to help patients find the right balance and shape that feels natural and enhances their characteristics. Both treatments allow me to combine accuracy with art, which makes the work truly rewarding.

6. When you are not on the skin of the lovely, how do you like to relax or spend your weekends?

At the moment my time is mainly spent with my son and preparation for the arrival of our second little one. I am also a woman today at school that is working to finish my BSN. I don’t have much free time right now, but I graduate in July and really look forward to having more than that time back. When I get free moments I like to spend them with my family. We like to travel and we are excited to do more of them together in the future.

7. You are known for calm, energy care in the treatment room – How do you create this experience for your patients?

I think my relaxing and energy care has become natural since becoming a mom. Staying in the present really helps me focus on every patient and their needs. I want every patient to feel truly cared for and safe during their appointment. It is really important to me that no one ever feels that I never heard or care about their concerns. I drive with this energy and remain flexible so that I can adapt to what every patient needs at the moment.

8. How will your friends describe you in three words?

My friends would say that I am loyal, honest and care. I really appreciate these qualities in myself, because I believe that building trust is as important in both friendships and in my work. Being faithful means to appear for people no matter what. Honesty is the key because I want to be real and simple. When it comes to care, I am someone who listens closely and always tries to understand what others are going through.

9. If you could close tomorrow dream vacation, where are you going and why?Special Botox Portland

I would go to Greece. I have always been attracted to the beautiful islands, the stunning beaches and the rich history. Food looks amazing and I like the idea of exploring charming villages and ancient ruins. It looks like the perfect place to relax, enjoy the culture and recharge.

10. What excites you most about being a member of the skin than the lovely team?

I always have the desire to be a member of a team that is supportive, love and care. I want to feel safe and as I can really be myself. I feel all here on the skin from the wonderful. It is exciting to work in a place where these values are real and where I can grow both personally and professionally.
