While starting a new year offers a new opportunity to improve the life and person you were last year, people often struggle to stay in their fitness plan as the year evolves without healthy habits.

A habit is what we do every day that moves us closer to our overall goal. A habit is a consistent routine or behavior model that we regularly repeat, often without thinking.
