Share a collection of 10 delicious vegan recipes for Halloween.

Hello hello! how are you I hope you had a beautiful morning! I officially feel like I fall here and am so excited for the upcoming Halloween and holidays. What are you up to this month? Have you chosen your costume yet?

Halloween, with spooky decorations and playful costumes, is one of the most anticipated holidays of the year. Amongst the sweet treats and snacks that usually dominate the scene (aaaand do sticky caramel apples ring a bell?), I like to include vegan Halloween-themed treats for friends who are dairy-free or avoid animal products. I’ve shared a lot of non-vegan Halloween treats, like these fun Rice Krispie Halloween treats, today is for my plant-based, vegetarian friends. (BTW, I’m the non-vegan who loves vegan food and treats!)

Today, I’m excited to share a collection of ten delicious vegan recipes to perfect for your Halloween festivities!

10 Vegan Halloween Recipes

Stuffed Jack-O-Lantern Peppers

These vibrant peppers carved into Jack-O-Lantern faces not only make a festive centerpiece, but they’re also packed with a delicious and nutritious quinoa and vegetable filling.

Ingredients:

Orange peppers

Quinoa

Mixed vegetables (carrots, onions, zucchini)

Vegetable broth

Spices (cumin, paprika, garlic powder)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven. Carve the Jack-O-Lantern faces into the peppers.

Cook the quinoa in vegetable broth. Sauté mixed vegetables and spices.

Combine quinoa and vegetables, stuff peppers and bake.

Witch’s Brew Green Smoothie

Create a mesmerizing green smoothie that blends right in with the spooky aesthetic of the season and is also packed with nutrients. Perfect for starting your Halloween morning on a healthy note.

Ingredients:

A handful of spinach

1 banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

Sprinkle with cinnamon

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a cauldron-shaped glass. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top.

Mini Vegan Halloween Pizzas

These are great party appetizers to make with your little Halloween monsters! It takes less than 30 minutes and is SO easy! The recipe is here.

Graveyard Guacamole Dip

Transform your guacamole into a spooky graveyard scene with tombstone-shaped tortilla chips.

Peanut Butter Banana Ghosts

These adorable banana ghosts are dipped in peanut butter and coated in shredded coconut, creating a healthy and otherworldly sweet treat! Plus, most chocolate chips are gluten-free, which means this is also a great gluten-free Halloween snack.

Ingredients:

Bananas

Peanut butter

Grated coconut

Dark chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions:

Cut the bananas in half.

Dip in peanut butter and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Add dark chocolate chips for the eyes.

Spooky Spiderweb Vegan Chocolate Cake

This decadent vegan chocolate cake decorated with an eerie spider design can make a delightful centerpiece for your Halloween dessert.

Ingredients:

Vegan chocolate cake mix

Vegan chocolate frosting

Vegan white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Bake the chocolate cake as directed.

Ice cream with chocolate glaze. Use melted white chocolate to create a spider web pattern.

Candy Corn Fruit Parfait

Capture the essence of corn in a healthy fruit parfait layered with pineapple, mandarin orange and coconut cream.

Ingredients:

Pineapple pieces

Mandarin orange segments

Coconut cream

Instructions:

Place pieces of pineapple on the bottom. Add a layer of mandarin orange pieces. Put coconut cream on top.

Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

These no-bake energy bites, infused with pumpkin spice flavors, are a quick and healthy snack for Halloween celebrations. Grab a couple to stock up for trick or treating!

Ingredients:

Rolled oats

Pumpkin puree

almond butter

Maple syrup

Pumpkin spice

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Nothing scary or themed about it, except maybe the pumpkin, but it’s so festive and a unique twist on a regular smoothie bowl. The recipe is here!
