You can make your own smoked, tasty, nutritious smoked Tempeh vegan bacon, the easy way! This bacon recipe is so simple to do; Simply mix this 6-into-domestic marinade, cut the tempeh minute, marinate it, then press these savory strips into golden-brown tasty. Once you get the art of making yourself from Tempeh, you will be addicted to it! Create a whole lot to enjoy sandwiches, wrappers, salads and cereal cups all week. One of my favorite ways to present this Smokey Tempeh Vegan Bacon is in my BLTA sandwich (see below). What is Tempeh?

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food from fermented soybeans and cereals. Tempeh may contain gluten, but you can also find many gluten -free brands. Tempeh completes vegan and is rich in protein and fiber, making the perfect vegetable protein in your vegetable diet. Smoked Bacon Vegan Tempeh

Description

Make your own smoked, tasty, nutritious smoked Tempeh vegan bacon, the easy way! Simply mix this 6-into-domestic marinade, cut the tempeh minute, marinate it, then press these savory strips into golden-brown tasty.


Smoked Marinada:

Tempeh, oil:

  • 8 ounces Tempeh
  • 2 tablespoons of soup sesame


Instructions

  1. Make a smoked marinade: Combine soy sauce, vinegar, maple or agave syrup, liquid tobacco, sriracha sauce and garlic powder on a shallow dish.
  2. Remove the Tempeh from its packaging and slice the Tempeh very thin along the short side of the block.
  3. Place the Tempeh slices on the plate with marinade, cover with a tight lid and gently turn the plate to distribute the marinade. Place the dish right upwards on the refrigerator to marinate for 1-2 hours. Halfway through the period, gently convert the dish to redirect the marinade.
  4. To cook the Tempeh bacon, add 1 tablespoon sesame sesame to a large saucepan and heat to average adjustment. Remove the Tempeh bacon strips from the marinade and add to the potCooking right up to Golden Brown (about 4-5 minutes) on the first side. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and turn to cook the other side to golden brown (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. Remove and serve immediately.
  6. It makes about 36 thin strips (4 servings of 2 ounces each).
