Namita Nayyar:
You were born at Hinckley in England. You have played it was a lower Hurdler and sprinter before you go to rugby from an early age. You were an inferior Hurdler and a sprinter before you go to rugby. Later at the age of 14, you started playing for Leicester Forest. You participated in Lichfield at the age of 17 under the UNDER 18S team and later graduated from the elderly team. This later pushed your career at the height where you were at the top of the world as a female rugby player. Tell us more about your business journey of excellent hard work, endurance and endurance?
Vicky Fleetwood:
I was not of course a suitable athlete. Coming from sprint for years, anything more than a few hundred meters were hard work, so it was something I really called when I arrived at the group of senior women. I never wanted to be bad for anything, so it was my biggest guide, not necessarily to be the best, but not to be the worst!

Namita Nayyar:
It is a dream for a rugby player to play in the Women’s Rugby World Cup. You made six appearances at the 2014 World Rugby Cup, which was won by England. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement?
Vicky Fleetwood:
I was so lucky to be experiencing it and I will be grateful forever. With sports, you are always confronted with other athletes, staying in shape and at the top of your game. This is not always the case and you end up losing so many things throughout your career. The World Cup victory was really amazing and something I will always be proud.
Namita Nayyar:
You are the leading world international rugby player, fitness personality and motivation speaker. How do you manage such a remarkable multi -dimensional lifestyle?
Vicky Fleetwood:
I am now retired from rugby, but I am still in training the game. I try to stay fit and healthy and now I am an intense cross. The motivation comes from experiences I had and things I have learned along the way I can train others.
