We are serious about our goal of de-stigmatizing our sex lives and prioritizing pleasure. Knowing that 70% of our customers have experienced problems with their libido, we tackle the taboo. After years spent perfecting the rest of our vegan and sustainable condoms and lubes, we put our in-house doctor expertise to bear on your libido battles.

To our co-founder, Dr Sarah Welsh:

“It’s just as important to actively work on your sexual well-being as it is on your physical well-being. We know our community is actively seeking better, happier sex, and our new supplement, Libido Lift, is designed to put them at their best possible space for it.”

After extensive research, consumer feedback, and product iterations, we created a delicious, all-natural supplement with a playful peach flavor to support sex drive in women. Libido Lift is designed to help you relax, switch off and enjoy. Whether it’s an in-depth solo session with your favorite audio-erotica app, or a Friday date with your partner, just mix a sachet of powder with your drink of choice (even a negroni sbagliato) and let your senses go .

So, what is actually in Libido Lift?

Vitamin B6

A key component of our Libido Lift, vitamin B6 is a hormone balancing vitaminhelps maintain a healthy sex drive due to its unique benefits as:

  • It helps ensure that your estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are all in sync.
  • It balances the “hormone of happiness” serotonin, which contributes to a healthy sex drive.
    • Serotonin is also helpful in improving your energy and confidence, and unbalanced levels can put you at risk of low sex drive.
  • Reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Maca Root Powder

A natural root, Maca root contains active compounds that can help with libido. Research shows it can reduction of sexual dysfunction in postmenopausal women and that 3g Maca can improve sexual function in women whose libidos suffer from antidepressants. Maca has also been shown to they enhance the mood and have energizing propertiesand is an excellent source of slow-burning carbohydrates which may explain its ability to regulate mood and energy.

Tribulus Terrestris

Often used in Ayurvedic medicine, Tribulus Terrestris is a leafy plant that has been shown to increase female libido. In one study67% of women who struggled with their libido experienced an increase in desire when taking the plant daily. Other studies found that the plant can increase desire, arousal and sexual satisfaction, with an increase in orgasms and lubrication as well.

For pre- and post-menopausal women, tests show that the plant was beneficial, significantly helping to improve sexual function scores in this demographic after 1-3 months of treatment.

L-arginine

An amino acid that the body converts into the natural chemical nitric oxide (NO), which helps improve blood flow. In turn, this helps improve symptoms of sexual dysfunction and libido. And it’s not a placebo effect – a study found a significant increase in sinus blood flow after L-arginine supplementation versus placebo. This improved blood flow can even increase nutrient uptake by the tissues, encouraging proper lubrication creating a healthier vaginal membrane. A special one review on L-arginine and female libido found that products containing this amino acid could help treat low sex drive.

Pine bark extract

Similar to the above, pine bark extract can positively affect nitric oxide levels in the blood, helping blood flow to the genitals. Pine bark extract contains proanthocyanidins that can help protect blood vessels from daily damage, maintaining their function and ability to efficiently transport blood to tissues, including the genital tissues, and ultimately promoting genital health and lubrication.
