He talks about the importance of diet, meditation and exercise to become a healthy person

Natalia Walker is a Ukrainian who has now been living in Los Angeles, USA for the past five years. He is a professional gymnast and speaks four languages. She likes to play the piano. She is a certified health coach. She has always been passionate and dedicated to my fitness and healthy lifestyle. Her goal in life is to help others get active and also create a lifestyle that fits into their everyday lives, make them feel better and empower them. It gives her great joy when she can improve someone’s life and I see how far she can go. He has two certificates in Health coaching which he has done from New York and Ukraine.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar meets Natalia Walker, an extremely talented fitness expert. Here she talks about her fitness, exercise, diet and success story.

Namita Nayar:

You were born in Ukraine and now live in Los Angeles. You started doing gymnastics from the age of five to fifteen and then you took up tennis. You started going to a gym and working out under a trainer. This later propelled your career to the height where you were a top fitness expert. Tell us more about your professional journey of extraordinary hard work, perseverance and endurance.

Natalia Walker:

After many years of competing in gymnastics and tennis, I have come to realize that the most rewarding part of sports is the ability to be in great physical shape, change how you feel about yourself, and improve every aspect of your life outside of the gym or sports field.

These days, I continue my healthy lifestyle and actively help others incorporate fitness into their lives. We are all on a shared journey to become the best version of ourselves and it takes both the desire to be better and the focus of daily discipline to take steps to achieve this. I am so grateful to have found my calling in helping others work towards becoming the best version of themselves.

Namita Nayar:

You did two certifications in Health coaching from New York and Ukraine. You have completed health coaching from the New York Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Tell us how these lessons helped you become an expert health coach and fitness expert.

Natalia Walker:

Competing as a student athlete for over fifteen years, I learned a lot about personal fitness and healthy eating from some of the best coaches in the world. Later, studying advanced courses in the United States and abroad helped me learn even more about the human body and how to get the best results from limited time and resources.

Namita Nayar:

You are a top fitness coach, nutritionist and holistic health expert. How do you manage such a remarkable multidimensional lifestyle?

Natalia Walker:

Like any worthwhile endeavor, you need to keep track of what you want to improve. I am very detail oriented and I set goals for myself, outline a plan of action and track my progress. Like everyone, though, I stumble and slip sometimes. The key to successfully managing a holistic health plan, including fitness and nutrition, is to be organized about my time and proactively decide how I will schedule each day in advance.
