Come with us for the week of massage from June 16-20 as we celebrate the talented Healthworks massage therapists and their incredible skills!

Massage has free sessions to help you move and feel better, while presenting the unique well -being offered by our therapists, such as facial cuping, jaw massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacular massage, reiki circle, reiki circle. See below for the timetable what to expect:

Healthworks Back Bay – Visit the club to register

  • Tuesday, June 17: Massage Theragun with Sheli from 4: 30-6mm
  • Wednesday, June 18: Craniosacral Demos with Sheli from 4: 30-6mm
  • Thursday, June 19: Self -Massage with Sheli at 10am

Healthworks Cambridge – Enroll in the app

  • Monday, June 16: Jaw massage workshop with Lisa at 3pm
  • Tuesday, June 17: Shannon Drainage Lymph
  • Wednesday, June 18: Reiki Circle with Shannon and Lisa from 1: 45-2: 15pm
  • Thursday, June 19: Jaw massage workshop with Lisa at 1:45 pm

Healthworks Coolidge Corner – Visit the club to register

  • Monday, June 16th: Demo Cupping Facial with Kristina from 9-10 am
  • Tuesday, June 17: Massage President with Christine H. from 5-6pm
  • Wednesday, June 18: Neck and scalp massage with Dorise from 10-11 am
  • Thursday, June 19: Himalyan Salt Stone Demo with Clara from 6-7mm
  • Friday, June 20: Demo Cupping with Clara from 2-3pm

Chair – Chair massages are a short, seated massage that focuses on the neck, shoulders, back and hands, with the aim of relieving tension and stress in a quick and convenient way.

Craniosacular massage – Craniosacral is a gentle, practical treatment that focuses on the craniosoactive system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. The goal is to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which is believed to help the natural healing process, helping Relieve the pain, improve overall health and promote confidence.

Suction cup – Cupping can be used almost anywhere in the body to enhance circulation and enhance tissue flexibility. Great to improve mobility and relieve pain, the cups are used to apply a gentle suction and create negative pressure on the skin. Muscles and fascia are pulled and stretched, as well as massage, bringing relief to the compressed tissue. Lymphatic drainage – Lymphatic drainage massage uses light pressure, no oils or creams, to support the lymphatic system and has been used to treat conditions such as lymphedema and swelling by injury, pregnancy and other conditions. Other benefits from lymphatic drainage massage include improved function of the immune system and relaxation and stress relief.

Neck and Massage Hair of Head – A neck and massage is a therapeutic technique that focuses on the head, neck and sometimes shoulders, using massages to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve circulation in the upper body. It may include stimulating nerve and blood vessels, muscle tranquility and decrease in tendency -related symptoms such as headaches.

Heather – Reiki is a energy treatment technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and stress through the soft touch. Reiki professionals use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support treatment.

Massage theragun – For a reinforced deep tissue or specialized massage, massage therapists offer a theragun add-ons to their treatments to relieve muscles, stress and tension, while increasing blood flow and range of motion.
