If you have followed the natural beauty blogs, you probably have heard of the Oil Cleaning Method. The process is as old as Cleopatra.

Well, what is OCM? Cleans your face -regulate yourself – With oil. Now don’t lift this critical eyebrow to me. The oil cleaning method is based on this simple principle:

The oil dissolves the oil.

This old beauty routine has proven again and again. And in my research, I’m now loyal! My skin, usually dry and dull, loved this oil treatment it cultivates. OCM enthusiasts credit the ritual with the clearance of fat, rough and meager skin, as well as pores and pimples. What is left is clean, refreshing, shiny skin – and who doesn’t want it! So what is the magic behind it?

With oil massage on the skin, the type breaks the dirt, makeup and excess oils that your skin can produce. Instead of getting bored with ways that have been so well documented on sites like Almost justI will focus on why the soft, full of nutrients are oil -fired is oil perfect OCM mixture for your face!

Clean the oil with damaged mom

While some beauties use simple olive oil or castor oil mixed with carrier oil, advanced oil mixtures provide a number of additives and benefits.

Here’s what you get with our oil mixture for OCM (and why it will move your world!)

First; always Choose the best organic, cold and unprocessed oils you can find. Refined oils are a big not-not because heat destroys all the awesome things you want to put on your skin.

Oil Cleaning with flesh oil stretch of glossy
Here is the split of the shiny shoot:

Organic olive oil – Full of antioxidants that help restore skin damage from sun exposure, cigarette smoke and other pollutants. It adds elasticity and promotes soft, flexible skin.

Organic oil Jojoba – Great for all skin types, especially prone to acne, sunbathing or cracked skin. Rich in natural fats that mimic them on the outer layer of the skin. It reduces the loss of natural moisture from the skin- rapid absorption.

Biological oil
– Restores dry or damaged skin, improves its health and appearance and treats redness, inflammation, and loss of humidity.

Rose
is Excellent for sensitive, normal or dry skin. The It is anti -inflammatory, antioxidant, non -greasy and easily absorbed. Is also natural Acne treatment and eczema.

Organic oil tamanu – Ideal for all skin types. Tamanu oil helps in the treatment of scars (including acne scars!), Encourages new skin cell growth and is an effective treatment for sunburn and dry skin. It has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and antioxidant properties. These things are the best! (And the price reflects this.)

Organic oil calendula
– Of course it illuminates the skin and protects it from the spots. It is anti -inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic. Also treats dermatitis, eczema, and dry skin.

Organic avocado oil
– is Great for dry and aging skin. Easily absorbed into the skin and is also Great for eczema and psoriasis.

Shea oil
It contains nutrients, including vitamin A, which helps to treat spots, wrinkles, eczema and dermatitis. Is also anti -inflammatory.

Apricot
– ismall Ideal for dry, aging, oily or normal skin. It is lightweight and easily absorbable. It is rich in C -linoleic acid, which helps maintain the balance of skin moisture. Also businesses and stimulating the skin.

Organic vitamin E oil
– Moisturizes, adds elasticity and promotes new skin cell growth. Is nutritious and nutritious, Ideal for dry, damaged or aging skin.

Now in essential oils!

Metering

Essential oils provide further enhanced and healing skin treatment when using the oil cleaning method. Essential oils are tiny tiny in molecular size so they can easily absorb the skin and work their magic. You will want the purest things you can find when shopping for essential oils. Since organic skin care is our thing, we only buy from moral suppliers that offer organic essential oils grown without pesticides. As for the Gloss hit, we mix this trio to create the therapeutic fragrance of the signature of the oil pregnancy:
Lavender essential oil – Excellent for fat, aging or prone to acne. It promotes relaxation and tranquility when used for aromatherapy.
Chamomile essential oil – It soothes sensitive, dry and aging skin.
Neroli essential oil – Regenerates skin cells for dry skin and aging. Promotes smoother skin. Anti-microbial.

Some more notes on the oil cleaning method:

Many use castor oil in their OCM mixture. However, the jury is outside whether the local application of castor oil is okay during pregnancy. Castor oil makes the OCM mixture easier to remove. However, it is unnecessary for oil cleaning. As always, ask your doctor if you are not sure.

Try hitting a small face patch to ensure that your skin does not react negatively. While the oil mixture is ideal for sensitive skin, everyone reacts differently.

If you start, make the oil cleaning method every other day to see how your skin reacts. Many do it every night, while others do it once a week. If you have extremely oily or prone skin, you can clean every night and reduce it every few days as your skin cleanses. The rule here is to pay attention to your skin!

After washing the oil, many find that they do not need to be hydrated. However, if your skin is still a little dry (like mine), add a few drops of oil to your face to moisturize.

OCM is not for everyone. If you decide it is not for you, Shine is still absolutely awesome as facial oil, stretch oilor perinatal massage Oil – a win -win, If you ask me!
