Female sexual desire is a topic that is often misunderstood, even though 47% of women experience a lack of desire at some point in their lives. It’s time to remove the stigma around our libido and face these issues head on.
After listening to our community’s concerns about desire fluctuations, we headed to our inspiration stations and created our first supplement designed to support sex drive. Our co-founder, Dr Sarah Welsh, knew we were onto something special based on her experiences working in NHS gynaecology:
“Before I started HANX with my best friend and partner Farah, I was talking to so many women in NHS clinics who were struggling with low libido or libido mismatch with their partner, and they reported that it had a really detrimental effect on their sex. he lives. We wanted to create something that could help address some of the nutritional barriers that get in the way of a normal (for you!) sex drive, and also help women understand their bodies to better understand how they can help themselves ».
What can affect your libido?
Some of the main causes of low libido may include:
- Relationship issues
- Stress
- Anxiety and/or depression
- Hormone levels? This can be due to pregnancy or lower hormone levels due to menopause
- Taking certain medicines e.g. antidepressants or blood pressure medicines
- Hormonal Contraception
It is important to keep in mind that everyone is different and while one factor may affect one person, it may be completely different for you!
Let’s go to hell
Libido Lift is not like the “little blue pill” you may have heard of for erectile problems. We’ve teamed up with our incredible nutritionist, expert Shona Wilkinson to put together all-natural ingredients that help boost sexual arousal when you want to get in the mood.
“We focused on ingredients that have scientific evidence of their ability to boost arousal, whether it’s balancing hormones, helping mood and energy, or encouraging blood flow.” – Dr. Sarah Welsh
As a powder-based supplement, you can add Libido Lift to your beverage of choice: from hot chocolate to smoothie to champagne (fancy), mix it up and drink it to get you in the mood.
We also know from feedback from our community that they sometimes struggle to openly discuss lower libido. To Dr. Sarah:
“Because you only need to do Libido Lift before getting in the mood, it really helps couples communicate about their sex drive. It opens the door for many couples to discuss and define their intentions in the bedroom and what they want to get out of intimacy. It’s not just about the physical aspect, there’s a big psychological aspect – it’s about being mindful and making sure you’re in the right headspace.”

Vitamin B6
Fluctuating hormone levels can be caused by a number of factors. Sex hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone must be in proper balance with each other in order for a healthy sexual desire to occur. Vitamin B6 is a vitamin that balances hormones and i.et is needed directly for the regulation of hormonal activity. Now, the good news is that when we talk about improving blood flow in the body, we are talking about the body of the sky. L-Arginine can enhance blood flow to the genital area increasing sensitivity and arousal. Research has also found that L-Arginine it can be especially helpful in relieving certain menopausal symptoms, such as vaginal dryness.
