Get to know Bridget, who tightened the belt, lost 20 pounds, ran her first marathon and can eventually see her abdomen (without being absorbed!). Bridget has left the whole mindset and does not find that her clothes are best suited and some are still loose. Bridget completed all this in ours Online virtual gym courses and Trina’s challenge kickstart. It also adds that small habits The recurring daily contributed greatly to its excellent transformation.

How I lost 20 pounds!

In which programs did you find success?

I have found success in Online Live Gymnastics Lessons in zoom and Trina’s challenge kickstart.

When and why did you participate in Fit4females?

I entered Fit4Females’ Online Live Gymnastics Lessons In 2021 I wanted to add a balance to my operating status and cardio, as well as to the training of power that is important to stay without injury.

Online sessions Let me train with friends even when miles away. Flexible sessions that allow me to fit the workouts around my hectic work, family and training program. Noticed the increase and thought of Peri-Menopausal Bey Oh hell no!

What made you stick with us?

Trina keeps me responsible. It’s like the girlfriend you hate and aspire to be all at the same time!

What specific results have you seen from work with Fit4Females?

By January 2024, using Trina’s challenge kickstart Chart along with the addition of regular workouts and online courses, I have lost 15 pounds (a total of 20 pounds from my heavier weighing) and now I weigh on the healthy weight of my goal.

Some results he sees:

  • ‘My weight is stable’
  • “I see abs without sucking.”
  • “I was left free from injuries, despite the fact that he put higher kilometers with my trips and worked full time.”
  • “Much more confident, happier and full of energy.”
  • All my clothes fit: Some are still loose now and I have no need to wear that zone I bought to fight Muffin Top Bulge!

“I’ve lost 15 pounds and my clothes are loose now!”

What do you love about Fit4Females and team leaders?

They are very inspired, easy, fun and constantly reminding us that it is worth putting on ourselves and our health first. Using “gratitude” to change your mindset about workouts and other life challenges were really echoed with me.

Saying “I’m going to do … ..” instead of “I have to do …”. These tactics help change negative, self -destructive language and teach us to be our best friend. Trina’s Kickstart challenge has now become a normal routine of my lifestyle. Try our own 10 days lean and clean kickstart here!

What has happened to Fit4females to go over and over?

Fit4females keeps me responsible to watch lessonsPersonal reminders are awesome! Encouragement and emotional support makes all the difference. A very inspirational environment focused on setting goals and celebrating these landmarks.

Burgeon for your wins, big and small!

The first half marathon in June 2024 was completed in 2 hours, 24 minutes. Mounted 4th of the 11 females in my age class. The second half marathon on September 22 was completed in 2 hours, 6 minutes, with no injuries or flames! The knees, shoulders, ankles and lumbar are loud and painless!

What would you say to another woman who is nervous to participate?

I would say to her “I was very conscious and nervous when I first joined the lessons, fearing that I could not continue. Come with us!

Share the best advice “make it happen”

Be kind to yourself. There is nothing half for an 80/20 rule. If you remain consistent with healthy habits at least 80% of the time, do not hit yourself for the other 20%.

Have a glass of wine or some adhesive bears! I have fallen my mindset and have not learned from Trina that a handful of smaller healthy habits are often gets results and maintains the results over time. The slogan after every workout, “Well, that was something. It was nothing!”

What do you want to complete in the next 90 days?

In the next 90 days, I want to remain consistent with my good habits and keep my weight firm. I also want to stay strong and maintain a level of current exercise so that I can easily increase my spring training for more current events.

I’m going to get stuck for better diet options and cause myself not to give up and continue on this journey. I soon run a marathon that I hope to do it under 2 hours for charity.

Tidbits of Trina
