With the time of cold and flu just around the corner, the first things that come to mind to strengthen the immune system are oranges, chicken soup or extra supplements. But you knew that some of the strongest immune supporters can be found in your closet: Herbs and spices? Not only do our meals taste better, but they are also full of natural compounds that help our bodies fight from germs and remain healthy.

Why herbs and spices are so strong

Herbs and spices are rich in antioxidants, phytochemicals and anti -inflammatory compounds and these natural chemicals can help in the calm of inflammation, fight harmful germs and support your immune system. Herbs and spices are an easy way to add taste and food to your meals. It is the way of nature to give us immune support tools in our kitchen.
