This Greek tuna salad brings all the best Mediterranean ingredients together in a fresh and protein meal.
Tuna salad
Sometimes you need a lunch that controls all the boxes: fast, fresh, stuffing and delicious. This Greek tuna salad has been repeated in my kitchen recently! I have eaten it directly from the bowl while standing on the bench (guilty!). But it is ideal to take it into flatbread or pita crackers.
It is creamy thanks to a small Mayo + Greek Combo yogurt, zippy of fresh lemon juice and heat, and loaded with Mediterranean flavors -barbed kalamata olives, salty slice, crispy pepper and fresh parsley. Think of the tuna salad, but elevated! I always liked my fish salads coarse and crisp with vegetables to make an all-in-one meal.
If you love my pasta salad, think about this as her Greek cousin.

What is so healthy for tone?
Tone is a fantastic source of lean protein, making it an excellent base for a satisfactory meal that will keep you full for hours. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health and provide important nutrients such as vitamin D, selenium and B vitamins. In addition, since it is so versatile and affordable, maintaining some containers in your closet means that you are always a few minutes away from a healthy meal.
Best tone brands for quality + viability
When shopping for tone, I look for brands that prioritize both the taste and the health of our oceans. Here are three of my favorites:
- Savage planet -They is ranked as one of the most viable tuna brands, Wild Planet uses poles and line fishing methods to reduce the hikers. Their tone is delicious, widely available and a go-to for ecological buyers.
- Fishwife -A newer brand that has put women who make waves in the canned world of fish. The Fishwife tone is certified by the MSc and poles and line grips caught in Spain, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and pure, recyclable packaging. In addition, their products are seriously tasty with their unique flavors such as Spanish lemon.
- Ocean of course – Another powerful option for sustainability, Ocean Naturals go responsibly and have been recognized by environmental groups to commit ocean health. Their tone is lightweight, fresh, and makes an excellent base for recipes like this Greek tuna salad.
