If someone is looking for reasons to stay alive, let me share 50 reasons to maintain. I agree that it is difficult. I know how difficult it should be for you, otherwise you wouldn’t end up reading this blog.

Since you have stopped from my post, I will make sure I try to give you several reasons to keep for a while. When we talk or think about ending our lives, it’s not our life tired. We are tired of our existence, the endless problems, the pain and the pain associated with our lives.

And I believe that any of us who is thinking of ending their lives must have gone through the same process of thinking to end life mentally a hundred times before it really does it. Do you think it’s easy? Taking your own life? It is not, and sometimes, all words fail to soothe or facilitate the person.

Because of the lack of awareness, we still do not have the use of the right language while talking to someone in such a situation. We cannot ask them to look at the brighter side because they could try them all. We cannot ask them to remain positive, but we can be there for them and help them when the situation begins to worsen. In the meantime, for those who still want to give their lives an opportunity, but they wonder why, here some reasons to live your life and keep your dreams:

Thousands of reasons to stay alive, all you need is a 1

50 reasons to stay alive

Most of the time, when I talk to people who are depressed or go through a bad phase of life, I often hear them say they have nothing To look forward to, none He loves them and just want all this to finish. We as humans have the habit of enhancing our negative perceptions and before we are grateful for what we automatically have our focus on what we do not have but we need badly. This is a kind of natural phenomenon that results in a response, flight or freezer response. Here some reasons to stay alive if you are really looking for one:

While there are thousands of reasons to stay alive and live your life as you want, sometimes there is enough reason to end it and this is the point where we have to work. If we are able to save ourselves from abandoning at that time, we could save others someday. It is difficult, beyond our imagination, but if you can help yourself at that unique moment, it will be a worthy worthy of life.

Because the one who goes through it knows it all and he/she can give you several reasons to stay alive, even if it sounds stupid, inappropriate, absurd at that time, but worth a try. Be careful, be careful and know.

Love and light
