Share the details of this 21 day healthy habits challenge. We start on January 8th and entry details are here!

Hello friends! How are you; I hope you had a great week and those of you who celebrated Christmas had a lovely holiday. We had a great holiday here and I’ll be sure to share a recap in this week’s Friday Faves.

For now, let’s talk about one restoring some healthy habits.

I’m not sure if you feel the same, but I’m definitely ready to get back into my routine and start 2024 feeling energized and amazing. It’s been a flood of alcohol and sweets around here, and while it was 1000% worth it as I enjoyed every second of it, I can’t wait to get back into the habits that make me feel better.

Green juice date

I thought we could do a little 21 day challenge and I would like you to join!

When I talk to friends, clients and potential clients, they usually fall into two categories:

– Those who are overwhelmed and not sure where to start to achieve their goals

– Those who know what to do, but aren’t sure how to make it work in their real life. They start out really strong, do things they don’t even necessarily like, and when they can’t stick with it, they give up or move on to the next new thing.

21 days of healthy habits

Here’s how the 21 day challenge will work:

We focus on building basic habits that you can maintain for a long time. We create the anchor habits that will help you improve body composition, sleep, mood, mindset, overall health and performance. You can get the results you want without fighting your body and while keeping your hormones and nervous system happy. 🙂

The party starts on January 8th with optional 7 or 14 day functional medical detox. (If you just want to detox, the tracking link is here and you can use code FITNESSISTA10 for 10% off!) I’d order yours ASAP if you know you’re going to do that. Sometimes the shipment is very fast, other times, it takes a while. I will do the 14 day version! This detox is completely optional and you can read more about it here.

When you sign up for the challenge, you will get instant access to the platform, which will host all the information. Right away, you’ll receive your Healthy Hormones meal guide, recipe packet, and four-week workout plan. These workouts are strength based and modifications are provided.

On January 6th, you will receive your healthy habits download via email and also on the platform. This will break down the 21 days day by day, with tips on how to actually implement these strategies. Print it out and add it to the notes section. What did you do; how did you feel Is this something you want to keep in your routine when the challenge is over?

You’ll also get access to our private community, where I’ll check in daily to share motivation, answer questions, and offer support. As the new year kicks off, I’m excited that it’s going to be a huge group, with women all over the world cheering each other on!

When the 21 days are up, I’ll provide options for next steps and together, we’ll look at everything we’ve accomplished and how we can fit it into your long-term plan.

Let’s get some serious momentum going as we head into 2024!

If you feel *stuck* without inspiration and like you’ve tried everything without success, this is for you. Let’s get the needle moving towards your goals and feel like a lean, strong, balanced and energized version of yourself.

If you know you’re in, click here.

Questions:

How much?

Membership is $47 — price jumps Monday. There is a small buy-in, so we have a group of those who are really invested in creating change. When you invest a little money, you have some “skin in the game” and are more likely to succeed! You are making an investment in yourself and your success.

How is everything delivered?

You will receive an email to login to Kajabi, where I host all my subscriptions. Your deliverables will be here and I will also email the 21 day plan on January 6th. In your introductory email, you will also receive information about our private Facebook community and how to join.

Do the workouts follow videos?

These workouts are text-based with short videos to demonstrate the moves and modifications. I do it this way so you can work at your own pace! *As always, talk to a doctor before making any fitness or diet changes. I’ll also share some video options below if you prefer to work out with a guide the whole time.

Fitness and nutrition is not one size fits all, so through this, you will be able to see what really works for you. We will work on sleep habits, exercise, mobility, nutrition and macro strategies, longevity, mental wellness and more. We will also do it in a way that is NOT overwhelming and so that you can see what is really important to you and what you like!

See what you get when you sign up here:

– A complete Healthy Hormones meal guide and recipe pack ($99 value)

– Four weeks of workout programming and instructional videos ($197 value)

– A complete PDF of 21 days of healthy habits and how to implement them in your life. we’ll focus on a different habit each day ($99 value)

– Access to our private community (priceless!)

and you can get all of these here for $47.

If you know you’re in, hurry up register to secure your place. The price will jump to $97 on Monday.
