If you have found that alcohol has no longer sitting properly – it may be to be confused with the symptoms of your menopause, harm your sleep routine, make your energy or simply not align with your health goals – you are not alone. Many women over 50 embrace a “curious sober” or alcohol -free life in exchange for better sleep, clearer skin and a stronger vital sense. For me personally, headaches were my memory of menopause and a cocktail at the weekend here or sometimes relax, but besides that – it’s not worth it.
But that doesn’t mean to skip fun! Enter mocktails -refreshing, especially and full of natural taste. Beautiful colors and fresh ingredients can make you feel festive and fun without the side effects, so you can stay activated, feel great and be part of every celebration.
And hey, if you have the mood to turn one of them into a cocktail every so often, just add a dip from tequila, vodka or your favorite spirit – these recipes make a big base for it!
Let’s dive into these delicious recipes! Here are some of my favorite healthy Mocktail recipes that are incredibly easy to make and be guaranteed to be a blow. Get ready to impress your flavors and guests!
