Hi friends! What are you doing? I hope you have a stunning week so far. Earlier this week, Kristi and I had a fun photo shoot, I recorded some podcast interviews and I try to bother here as much as I could before we left for our trip. I can’t wait !!

So, I hope you already had breakfast because I’m chatting for pests today. If this issue makes you waste, I understand. He called me for a long time! Keep in mind that this is not a medical advice – I just share my experience.

When I started learning about the pests, I had no idea that they could affect my energy, digestion, immune system and even my mood. It wasn’t until I personally passed a parasite cleaning-and saw (yes, I saw) multiple parasites that are removed from my leg left my body-which I really realized how much this process could be. I was just as disgusted and excited. Better than my body than you in, you know?

Why pests could be a piece missing on your health trip

First things first:

How do you know if you have parasites?

You do not have to travel to a foreign country or have food poisoning to have parasites. They are much more common than most people realize. Many symptoms we write as “normal” could really be signs that your body deals with an infection, such as:

Chronic bloating or gas

Brain

Fatigue

Skin issues

Allergies

Piot (especially for sugar)

Struggles

Autoimmune flares

Unexplained weight changes

Pests don’t just live in your gut. They can live throughout your body, in your organs, in your lymphatic system, and even in your brain. Crazy, right?!

What to do before cleaning a parasite

One of the most important courses I have learned (the hard way) is that preparing your body is the key.

Here’s what you need to know before dipping:

You have to fly at least once a day.
Otherwise, when parasites die and release toxins, your body has no way to eliminate them, which can lead to even worse symptoms.

You need to plan for at least 2 months protocol.
Pests put eggs as they die and a short cleaning can really make the problem worse if you stop too early. That’s why I’m not loyal to “Full Moon Parasite Cleanses”. They release a ton of eggs and this can make the problem worse.

Detoxification support is not optional.
As pests die, they can release a storm of toxins (including mold, heavy metals, dough and others) in your body. If the detox paths are not open, you will feel it.
